Games not paying out
Been having issues with the games on this app not paying out for milestones being reached try and contact support but get sent to a different support and never get a response Ive so far lost over $79 in milestones that I did not receive and it’s on every game

Double charged
They made me pay the membership fee two times in a month and didn’t approve my advance after I had previously paid their 50 with interest and them they charged me two times in a month for membership fees and kept pushing back my advance to try again in a week i wouldn’t recommend
Horrible customer service.
For 2 weeks I’ve been trying to get a $50 advance into my account. For the last 2 weeks I’ve been playing cat and mouse trying to talk to an actual human being. They’ve done absolutely nothing regarding the issue and do NOT reply within 24 hours like their AI chatbot suggests. Don’t use this company, they’re trash.

Customer service sucks
At first, I was using grade and it was fine then I paid off my last advance and I had to wait a few days to get another one ,when that time came, it asked me to re-link my bank, which was weird, but I did it and then it pushed my date back another six days to get in advance
So after six days, I tried to get that advance and then it asked me to link my bank again and then push the date back again
Tried to contact customer service about the issue that was happening and they absolutely did not understand what I was trying to say. I felt like I kept talking to a bot. I asked for a human and I just kept getting the same message over and over from them. It was like an automated message that they just kept sending me about advances. So I asked for supervisor I got tired of the same automated message. I was getting no help. Finally, I got a message that they were going to escalate it.
Then three days later, I get a message again that looks automated that I just need to re-link my bank and it should refresh the system, but it does not do that
I have been going through this with them for days and there is no help from this app at all with customer service. Absolutely none there’s no way I could’ve been talking to somebody and they just sent the same automated message that says the same thing over and over again.

This company is terrible to work with. They can never actually “verify you”. Never actually approve you for anything. Their customer service never can actually answer any questions, then asks you to call them, which then they don’t answer that either. This is the biggest scam of an app you’ll ever find. Don’t give them your information
