Doesn’t work. Waste of time. Keeps saying my card info is wrong even though it’s not.
Bad app
I signed in with bank which was listed as the banks they take which is PNC and later for them to say my bank isn't supported it's not chime or Dave etc I reached out to support they basically weren't any help at all. They kept giving me the run around so I deleted the app.

Payment processing
I really dislike how long it takes to process repayment. Your app states it takes 3 business days to process yet it’s been longer than that!!! When folks need the funds grid processing becomes the issue. Then I always pay it back yet it’s still only able to get advance of $100 and it’s been that way for years. It took a whole to process a payment smh

Hard to reach a live agent!
Having a cash out error because I needed to update my card but I’ve updated, re-added my bank account and there is still an error that the bot can not figure out but will not let me talk to an agent.

Absolutely terrible customer service. You can NEVER reach an actual human being—whether you try calling, using the in-app chat, or emailing. Emails go unanswered, and the chat is basically useless.
I tried to get a $50 cash advance today, but the app said there was an issue and that someone would reach out to me shortly. Nobody has contacted me, and they still haven’t canceled the request or explained what the issue is. Either send me the $50 advance or actually contact me and explain what happened.
On top of that, there is seemingly no way to reach a real person to cancel your subscription. Customers shouldn’t have to fight this hard just to get basic customer service or cancel a subscription. Very frustrating experience.

Advances
Cash advances are pretty quick and easy however to get the next you have to wait to long so not good at all. The should have apple pay option to pay back quick and receive the next advance quicker. Will be cancelling my subscription

Hurt More than Help
Deposit went to someone else's account but repayment and fees taken out of my account. Can only reach out via email and now I'm being ghosted. No help at all after they promised they would resolve in 24 hours or less. Stay away or you'll be out $60 for a $50 loan you never even received. I'm so sad especially now I realized how screwed I am. Wish I never linked Grid to my bank.

Why borrow money when you can just pay a subscription with no benefits!
It won’t let you cancel the 10$ subscription. I switched banks so now I can’t even borrow money. It’s just stealing money for a service they don’t provide
