Just wanted my Debit Card, SS# and Addy. No Offer
Said there was a Hiccup with my account which has $1500 in it. Asked for a 2nd bank acct or my payroll info. Felt like a big data mine.

I have tried to use my bank and guess what we ran into a snag, do I log into my payroll and we ran into another snag yup I guessing this app is like Grant, Albert, Dave and the Brady bunch useless
Unsatisfied Customer
Terrible service, they want to charge you 10.00 a month to just be turned down again and again, when you do happen by a miracle to receive an advance they make you wait another week to see if you qualify. They receive their money immediately, which is completely ridiculous. The fees that these apps charge monthly, and in addition to lightning speed is absolutely insane.

Grid is Trash
Don’t waste your time with Grid. You’ll see your advance “processing” for weeks. Also, if you contact support, get comfortable waiting for a response. Their solution to a failed bank connection is “Just get a new bank.” I give Grid the grade of F-.

I signed up and everything went fine at first but then it keeps saying the debit card I provided is not connected to my bank account and it very much is. I tried re-entering it several times and finally just gave up.

They take your money when your subscription is canceled and you’re explaining your situation and they say they’re not charging anything in the morning and then they keep and they will they do not stop. They promise you they won’t and they do.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
It is difficult to delete your account, and even after you do, they will continue to charge you membership fees and say it was a mistake. I haven’t used this App for over a year, and they just charged my card twice again. ILLEGAL APP.

I have canceled. I have emailed. & they are still trying to take $10 from me every other Friday for a membership that don’t exist. Account is not active. I unlinked my bank but they still have access to it. Please don’t sign up
Terrible service
They say they get back to you in 24 hours but they really don’t. Their app is terrible once you encounter a problem there’s no one to help. I’m still waiting for someone to fix my issue that I reported in early July and now we are at the end of August.
