I ordered fresh fruit items and every single one arrived rotten and smelling awful. Completely inedible. When I contacted customer support, they had the nerve to tell me to “please use it” and refused a refund. This is unacceptable and feels like a total scam. Don’t waste your hard-earned money — stay far away from this business.

Always Fresh produce
I recently moved from U.S to Pakistan. Doing grocery shopping specially fruits and vegetables has been a headache as the prices where I live are v high and fruits and vegetables’ quality isn’t that good. By the time, you bring produce home, mint, cilantro and other produce usually turns brown or wilted. Thanks to Grocer App, they have always delivered fresh produce at reasonable prices, some produce prices are high on app and I hope the company would work on it. I wish this app would add everyday need things like household stuff e.g. cutlery, mops, brooms etc.

GrocerApp is my go to app for all fruits, veg, meat and other grocery items. I’ve always found them to have the best prices in fresh and the fact that I can return or exchange items at my doorstep is the best. No other app offers this facility.
Bad User Experience
- Searching doesn’t tolerate spelling mistakes
- Listing page shows a different price and when you actually buy it cart shows a higher price
- The add to cart button is at the bottom of the page, it should be close to the adding more items to the cart

Delayed Deliveries!
This is the third time where i faced the same issue as order is not delivered on time and inapp order status shows that order is delivered on time. Then i receive carrier call that they are coming in 30 min but came after 4 hours.

Fruits and vegetables
I placed my first order of the mix items including fruits and vegetables.
I am not happy with the freshness of the fruits and vegetables. I ordered mangoes and out of 11 mangoes 4 were soiled and not eatable and others were old looking.
I also ordered mint and it was not fresh half of the leaves were black.
Other packed food and beauty products were fine.

Missing items in every order.
In my recent experience the delivery guy marked the order as delivered but I haven't received it. The customer service is not very helpful upon asking for refund they replied the order is delivered and is not refundable i have to wait for 24 hours for the matter to be investigated, imagine they promised to deliver the stuff at 11 am and I have to wait for 24 hours.
