Drivers have a tendency to not show up and the wait times are usually incorrect. If it says 30 minutes, be prepared to wait 90. Customer service is nonexistent as well.

everytime i try to book a groove for the past 2 weeks it was always high demand and its never a groove for me so i have to walk theres no way its always booked up

I moved down town 2 years ago not many places to shop & the buses has cut down I feel groove should take pll where they need to go rather that’s grocery shopping or going to restaurants it only goes to certain spots I feel it should take you where you want to go in the home downtown area I hope they make it like this soon and some the drivers nice & some so rude & mean they drop you off a block away don’t go inside the apartment when they see you have groceries I feel the service need alot improving & train some of the drivers or hire better drivers with great attitude

Issues
The pros are it’s affordable and some of the drivers are nice. The cons: sometimes it gives the rider a different pickup location than what it gives the driver. Also not sure if it’s the app or the drivers, but sometimes my ride doesn’t end after I get dropped off. Then I can’t request another ride when I need to, bc according to the app, I’m still in a ride.

Service is iffy, but you can’t beat $1.25/ride
Groove is hit or miss: sometimes it works beautifully and other times it has you waiting outside in the blazing heat for 45 minutes waiting for a ride that never shows up. That said, the $1.25/ride fee is hard to beat. It’s fair for the price.

I’m so glad I found this app. Get from school to work in less than 10 minutes and it’s very affordable to use daily. 10 stars!!
Awful
Still waiting to hear back from emails I’ve sent. I waited outside for an hour at pickup spot. Said driver was there. Was not there. Called and email nothing. I lost my free ride and still haven’t gotten it back. Every pick up and drop off location is different. I’m walking blocks from my drop off as I type this. Please change to make the pick up and drop off easier. It’ll just say a corner and they will say it’s not the right corner look at you and make you run. I like the price but I’m getting to the point where I’m about to start using Uber again.

Half the day there’s no driver. And the map set up in Memphis where you will most likely not get a driver if you’re at the edge of the map.

I need a ride to work downtown at 6am on the weekends. It says 6am and then at 6 am you’re busy. How are y’all busy as soon as 6am comes?
GROOVE IS THE BEST
Groove is the best thing that happened for me because my dad recently passed and he took me everywhere . So, groove has really been a life saver for such a reasonable price .
