Amazing app!
I’ve been trying to break my scrolling habit, and so far this app has helped so much. I love how instead of just shutting off an app, it helps me reconnect with my body and breath. Definitely recommending it to friends and family :)

I’ve used screen time apps for a year now, starting with Opal, and while they blocked the apps, I always felt like they didn’t actually help me change the habit. As a result, I would always find ways around the blocks, and my screen time would never change. So when I saw this app that brought mindfulness into the blocking, I got excited. I’ve been using it for about a week, and the way it makes you pause, breathe, and actually notice what you’re feeling before unlocking an app has been surprisingly powerful. It doesn’t just block, but also makes me more aware of why I’m reaching for my phone in the first place. I’ve already started noticing my screen time go down. There are still a few small issues to work out, like the blocking not always functioning perfectly, but I genuinely love the idea behind this app. It feels like it’s trying to help you change your behavior, not just restrict it.
