Straightforward and easy on the eye. Staying up to date with my daughter’s teacher is a lifesaver due to her complex additional needs. Face ID so I never get logged out too!

Too buggy.
I get notifications for messages but they aren’t appearing when I open the app or click on the notification. The only way around this is by typing the message in the search bar and then it will pop up. If I’ve forgotten what the message is, it’s lost forever. I’m trying to click on the bell for in-app notifications but nothing happens. The app fails on communication, which is its only job.

Biometrics makes it so much easier to manage all my child’s messages and school meetings.
Worse than SCOPAY!
Absolutely shocking. Types it’s own fields. Doesn’t save anything. Hated SCOPAY but this is worse!!!

A massive tick in the box from this busy mum! Only 1 username and password to remember for all school life.

School register the way it should be!
We use this system to complete our attendance register which synchronises back to SIMS. The teacher can use any device to complete the register and it’s incredibly easy to use.
We won’t be going back to old fashioned registers.

BTec Parent Pay
I hate this app and hate even more that I’m forced to use it by my child’s school. He has siblings in two other schools that both use ParentPay where I can do everything I need in one place for all the other kids. This app doesn’t remember any login details, or payment details, regularly crashes and is completely un-user friendly. It’s rubbish and I can’t wait to delete it next year!
