Lookup data directly from GRS DB ahead of a push notification being retrieved on the user device. Control room sheet will now display up to 5 people. Worked hours tile no longer shows unless the person has permission for it.

Recent updates

Total mobile have acquired GRS and made some improvements. However this app is still limited and requires UI improvements. It needs a monthly calendar view with different colours to clearly show rest days or leave etc. It’s 2025 and you should have pretty much full use in an app like on the website such as inputting end of shift OT, submitting time sheets, viewing daily posting sheets etc. Please look at MyShiftPlanner app for inspiration.

Blank screen

When I open the app the login screen is often blank meaning I have to force close the app.

Control Room Sheet should have an option to volunteer for shifts.

Not working now

This app no longer works. I tap on authenticate and nothing happens. Reinstalled it but it still doesn’t work. Only way I can get it to open is by resetting it. But that requires access to a QR code to scan.
