It’s always a problem to cash out the money you work for doing deliveries and when you call support they always say they can’t do anything what about fixing that I deliver all day and try to get some money for gas and always a problem to do cash out it’s annoying fr …😪🙄

Great pay but when new places added it tends to pin wrong and while on phone with support because you can’t pick order up they take it away but support wants you to go ahead and deliver it even though you can’t move on and won’t get paid if you do the deliver

Extremely low pay, and has only gotten worse, I live in a busy area and to only make 10 an hour for dinner rush is horrible and inexcusable, support does not care as I have contacted several times, they put you on hold if you disagree with anything until the system cuts you off, I have now deleted my GrubHub account never again congratulations you lost another good driver

Terrible payment options
No debit card offering, takes forever to verify debit and cant change bank account after adding debit card. Takes forever to get paid
Contribution pay is a scam!!
I’ve been driving with grubhub for over 5 years and I had just found out about contribution pay so I got my stats up and received contribution pay for one week. The next week I was premier so I would’ve been getting $30 an hour, all the sudden they change my rate to an hourly rate of $10 on Monday, I still do orders and qualify for contribution pay and now it’s disappeared from the app! What’s the point of saying we can receive contribution pay when in reality it always gets taken away or your ability to schedule. And the “support tickets” are just AI responses or workers who just copy and paste the same thing they never actually help you!

I think it's set up for GrubHub not for the drivers pretty much junk for the drivers the GPS on. It is pretty much junk too.
Commuting time
There is always pocket of congestion on the road . And issue of trouble of finding parking spot in restaurant,s parking lots.. which effecting my ratting. Then another issue about when you offering me a delivery while I’m on actual delivery for the customer band unfortunately can’t notice your delivery offer and missed it and effecting my rating as well . Thank you for reading my concern

The worst app you could possibly drive for don’t waste your time or your gas on canceled deliveries and constant problems if I could give him less than one star I would
Not Worth It Anymore…
Offers to the drivers who are the lifeblood of Grubhub and make this service work are horrible and insulting. I’m not accepting offers going 14 miles for $6. I’m not going 11 miles for $4.88. Fix these offers. Drivers deserve better than these awful offers.

It used to be the best app to work with, but now it doesn't provide schedules; you get very little time to pick up the order, and if you want to work, you have to find someone selling Grubhub hours just to be able to work in New York.
