App has been buggy
I’ve been having major issues in the last 2 weeks. For example, can’t click take a pause after working a long time (hours in, so very clearly should work.) missing out on orders when app doesn’t register clicking accept order.
Caution!!! Hotstop garbage
The payments are good but they are quickly turning into the next doordash and i can see them not lasting for a long time before drivers start complaining about these constant shifting hotspots it is ridiculous that I have to drive literally two cities over to get to a hot spot then i get there and it’s in a different spot…for crying out loud make your frkn mind up i am wasting time and gas for what nothing.

Grubhub confirme les violations à ces chauffeurs qui souffrent dans la conduite avec les clients
Vous écoutez plus les clients que vos chauffeurs les positions de recevoir les commandes sont différentes sur la route les restaurants pose problème de retard et les clients veulent pas prendre le téléphone pour vous remettre le code tu perds bcp de temps et ils salissent l’image du chauffeur par la haine et vs vous ne contactez pas le client par téléphone pour ce justifier . Et vs condamnez le chauffeur à tort

Wrong way
Constantly being brought to restaurants that are not ready or don’t exist. If customers don’t tip they have to wait or get their food themselves, I shouldn’t be penalized for declining offers that don’t tip, for freaking hotdog. Forced to select 1 zone they asked to drive 10-30miles out of my zone for $10 and then there are tolls and gas prices are high. So it comes out to near nothing.

Optimistic
I really like how Grub Hub is laid out. The app is good, tracking info is good, but the navigation / app do not work well. On both deliveries, I pulled up to the location, but the app did not agree I was on sight so I could not advance to completed delivery and no support.

Great app for the most part my only issue with it is that it is VERY specific on where you need to be so sometimes I’ll be standing in a restaurant in front of the order but the app won’t let me move to the next step (same with the drop off location)

Payout problems
I’ve Doordashed for a while and liked it, decided to try Grubhub. I linked my bank, but the instant cash out never goes through. Thursday came and went without the promised direct deposit. I added a debit card, but it’s taking days for it to verify, so I don’t know if it will work. I do this for instant cash—my regular job pays the bills, and this side gig allows me to earn some pocket money—but it’s not accessible with Grubhub. Support has not answered multiple requests for help, and I’m beginning to wonder if it’s really just a giant scam.

No Orders and Low Pay
Grubhub is not where you can make money. They took away the contribution and lowered the pay. It is impossible to make money on this platform. Just kill the platform or bring back the contribution because your drivers ain’t making NO money it’s dam near slavery!!👎🏾

I don’t think Grubhub is huge in my market. It hasn’t been great in my market but when I would get orders, they were really good orders. I think a lot of restaurants have backed out from Grubhub. I’m not for sure why or what happened? I wish that I could get those orders again, but I don’t think I’m going to get them here.

I have never worked for such an unfair company in my life…Now that I have an understanding of what happened I will say I have a better and more uplift attitude for Grubhub and an appreciation for the opportunity to let me come back to work for them…Thank you Grubhub and thank you customer service for all the good help you all have given me…
