Unauthorized accounts
Too many illegals don’t mind people wanting to work, but when you take from the hard-working people that already were working your app and reduce their time and earnings for no reason. Manhattan is a disaster. 99% of the drivers in Manhattan do not match The authorized account especially if they renting a free bike at Joko, which is insanely convenient that they get free credit to do so.

Years has passed, and this GrubHub app has not changed slow offers unrealistic offers nothing but lowball offers with customer service that will scam you They still haven’t fixed how long it takes for a violation to fall off the app crashes literally right after you get an offer. I’m sick and tired of this something has to change!!!!! GrubHub needs A entirely new app

Orders!
It’s really hard to get orders when you have a scheduled block, even if you drive to the hot spot your wasting more gas than making money. I don’t know how they calculate the GH Contribution but it needs to be better spots.
My honest review
I’ve work Grubhub for a year & it has been a year I ride a bike the best things about being on a bike is no rules, the worst thing is the maintenance it’s worth it when you’re in DC, restaurants they can be rude but sometimes you’ll be surprised by how nice some people can be, the Money the money work as long as you work if you put the house in you’ll get the money but I work almost 7 day a week, more hours more money, always check the weather Always have a exit plan. Drinks, if you are not in a car find a way to carry your drinks always be ready for accidents.

This app has turned into garbage I used to average like 400-500 a week now I can barely scrape a 100. Also, blocks are rarely available.
This application is silly
The reason why I’m putting a one star review because there is no way to speak into the higher representative and the customer service representative has no control over people‘s accounts. When ended up happening was I haven’t used my account for a very long time because I’m currently working apparently I want to sign up with Grubhub again after years of using the service upon re-trying to reactivate the account they told me it was gonna take seven business days after the background check was completed. It was gonna take an additional 3 to 5 business days. It’s been longer than a month that I put in this request and representative is continuingly telling me that I have to wait longer due to the process. Of the unknown and I’d rather put the request into cancel it. I do not recommend this application with anybody if you have your account active please maintain an active. Don’t let it cancel because they’re gonna give you as much trouble as what I’m going through.

The app creates too many grievances
When I called the care department, the phone operators talk with a fake voice And I can’t tell if it’s a male or female and it sounds over the top and very unprofessional that they’re allowed to behave that way over the telephone. I have no sympathy for this prankster company or the prankster customers. the company will leave you sitting in a parking lot for hours after you’ve delivered an offer and starve you into having to drive all the way back to your house just to eat a sandwich . They don’t send any offers when they do It’s not local or if it is local, the customer is intentionally cheap .The company only pays two dollars and the customer has to make up for the rest of your wage through what the company calls a tip. Sometimes it takes nine hours just to make 35 bucks. Unless you wanna sacrifice your car for the non-acceptable offers. Also won’t let me update bank info in app says bank info not saved try later

Market Closing Time
My market “closes” at 11:00 but I will go later on this and Uber Eats because there are still orders. Some orders sit until the restaurant closes because there are so few drivers in my area. I received a contract violation for attempting to complete those orders and CORRECTLY MARKING THE STORES CLOSED AND THE ORDERS WAS NOT ABLE TO BE COMPLETED. They said there is no appeals process and just to wait for it to fall off. Trash app, garbage company, does not take care of its drivers.

Drivers need a little extra time work on your timing, at least two or three minutes extra your timing is not that good.
Concerns
My opinion is grub hub should allow certain level delivery drivers work anywhere they want to without having to wait for a 3 day approval…
What is going on
I have been driving for awhile took a break a few months ago now every time I need a code at the pickup once already the pick up had issues with there printer not being a love to give me a receipt with the code call support they can’t give it to me another time go early in morning was told I need code from customer called no response texted no response so took a picture of the drop off soon as I turn around customer opens door grabs it and disks door you need to go back to old way of doing it if not you will lose more drivers
