Payout problems
I’ve Doordashed for a while and liked it, decided to try Grubhub. I linked my bank, but the instant cash out never goes through. Thursday came and went without the promised direct deposit. I added a debit card, but it’s taking days for it to verify, so I don’t know if it will work. I do this for instant cash—my regular job pays the bills, and this side gig allows me to earn some pocket money—but it’s not accessible with Grubhub. Support has not answered multiple requests for help, and I’m beginning to wonder if it’s really just a giant scam.

No Orders and Low Pay
Grubhub is not where you can make money. They took away the contribution and lowered the pay. It is impossible to make money on this platform. Just kill the platform or bring back the contribution because your drivers ain’t making NO money it’s dam near slavery!!👎🏾

I don’t think Grubhub is huge in my market. It hasn’t been great in my market but when I would get orders, they were really good orders. I think a lot of restaurants have backed out from Grubhub. I’m not for sure why or what happened? I wish that I could get those orders again, but I don’t think I’m going to get them here.

Ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous today is a national holiday and this is the day they’re sending going 33 miles for $9.80
Pausing offers?
Pausing offers to take a break is impossible. Constantly pushing offers beforehand and cannot pause until current delivery is complete. New update doesn’t know when delivery is finished and will not let me pause for a break. Please fix this ASAP

Unauthorized third-party apps
Too many unauthorized third-party apps, bots and grabber apps on android phones if you’re using an iOS phone forget about it. You will not be able to grab a block or schedule block no matter if you’re at the highest level, there are too many bots and illegals using unauthorized accounts NYC is a disaster. You will not be able to earn any money or let alone even access the app to schedule a block. After 10 years, this app has become a total disappointment

GrubHub is Transparent
I have been delivering food for three years every darn day. DoorDash & UberEats have gone so low that sometimes they run their business at the expense of the Drivers. For example DD gives you an order that goes 5 miles & offers you $2 or sometimes bundling the orders to trick the drivers. GrubHub is much more fair in treating the drivers than UberEats & DoorDash in my opinion. DoorDash & UberEats are two leeches now that suck the blood out of the drivers. GrubHub ALL DAY EVERYDAY!

The worst
You can’t find a worse app to drive for than GrubHub. Occasionally you may get lucky with good offers, but most of the time you’ll be offered the worst of the worst in the gig space. What’s worse is GH consistently steals from its drivers through sneaky mission pay tactics to make it as hard as possible for drivers to qualify. Worst of all is their $1 compensations for orders that have been stolen or cancelled by customers. GH will often pair low paying offers with high paying ones just to remove the high paying ones, leaving its drivers to perform slave labor, resulting in no pay or potentially losing money on the delivery. Hopefully some day soon the company goes under water. Stick to DoorDash and Uber Eats. They suck too, but at least support actually cares enough to properly compensate when issues arise, unlike GH support who will say there’s nothing they can ever do, there’s never a supervisor, and you’re just stuck having to fill out a form. Once GH finally reaches out in a week the conversation is so disjunct that the driver has no leverage and the chance of receiving justified compensation is close to zero. TLDR; GH scams its drivers and deserves to be put down.
