Worst App I have ever had
The app never works. Clicking through it you just get blank pages. Absolutely useless.
Probably the worst app I’ve ever had to use
Doesn’t work half the time. Login never remembers the username. Face login doesn’t work. Crashes all the time and has a blank login screen where none of the buttons work.
Many of the bad reviews have 5 stars which is confusing. I’m guessing idiots don’t know that 5 stars means great.

Used to be good
This app used to be very useful for making claims and reviewing past claims. Now whenever I filter to see more than the most recent 3 claims that are displayed on the dashboard it kicks me out and wants me to log in again. There’s no way to search prior claims which makes the app useless to me. Also “A Button” appears as text on the second button on the login screen. What is the point of that?! I’m surprised when I can log into the app: it doesn’t work properly with Apple iOS and tries to make me register a new account every time I try to log into the app, if it displays the login page at all. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this is by far the worst app I have ever downloaded to my phone. Sad. Very sad.

Easy
So simple to submit a claim. Tried in the old app and it was denied. This one was super easy and had past claims information in it already which made things easier.
Don’t bother
A white screen cones in the middle of the app and you are stuck there. I tried reloading it and it’s consistently useless.
App has Bugs
This IOS app is fairly decent. However; it has a few irritants. Firstly, any new providers I add does now save. So I have to keep adding them every time. Secondly, I was unable to add a new provider today. The app wouldn’t detect that I had a phone number in that field. So I kept getting an error message saying that the field can’t be blank. I tried multiple times. I even deleted the app, and reinstalled it. These simple app errors shouldn’t be happening in 2025. It is very frustrating.

What’s going on
What are you guys doing gsc? For real. If I don’t log into the app every few weeks it seems, I have to reset my password even though I use the same one every time then I have to go through an update and this time I had to download the plus version. I just wanted to see what my naturopath coverage was and it took me 15 mins. These updates are a little much

Broken
Everytime I open the app to try to submit a claim, it prompts me to download Greenshield+, but doesn’t let me opt out of the prompt to submit my claim. It’s soft locked. Useless.
Brutal
Noticed bad reviews when read and 5 stars were given. Something is very wrong with these ratings. Further more, using the app myself I’ve encountered many problems. Explanations on benefits are limited. I have to keep re logging on after every session. Password requirements change. Submitting for benefits are a head ache. Employer switched us to GS without consulting and they have been absolutely brutal to work with overall.

Last update actually made it worse
The latest update causes crashes every time you try to filter your claims that have been submitted. So frustrating. Was previously smooth sailing so this is disappointing.

Great Interface
App is highly intuitive. Makes it very easy to submit your claim on the go.
Junk
I open the app and the screen just goes white, it’s completely useless and based on the previous reviews the programmers of the app clearly don’t care to fix the same issue that has been happening for years
Awful and clunky
Worst app ever. Tells you a field is empty when it’s not.
Buggy
Never keeps me logged in. Crashes when I try to review claims history. Works sometimes when I need to submit a claim but otherwise a frustrating app with an outdated UX.
App update crashes
This app almost never works. The update is even worse now. Blanks screens all over the place.
Works great for me
App works great for the most part. Only had an issue once or twice. Would be nice if it stayed logged in instead of having to log in each time.
