Crashes every time trying to upload photos

HORRIBLE APP. Should be embarrassed. Every time I try and upload photos the app crashes and my claim then disappears and I have to start over only for it to happen again. Have been asking for almost 2 months for this to be fixed. Lazy people here can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong.
