I’ve been an insured employee happily using the my-benefits mobile app for a number of years now. This latest version not only looks fantastic but more importantly, the design is intuitive & everything is quick & easy to find. I use it to submit claims (super easy!) get quick coverage info. & I saved the quick drug card display to show at my pharmacy. Loving it!

Horrible App
App hardly ever works. When you type forgot password, it won’t let you past the screen. There is hardly any support. Worst company ever.

Crashes every time trying to upload photos
HORRIBLE APP. Should be embarrassed. Every time I try and upload photos the app crashes and my claim then disappears and I have to start over only for it to happen again. Have been asking for almost 2 months for this to be fixed. Lazy people here can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong.

No direct billing, coordination of benefits, time consuming
Coordination of benefits, is time consuming, no direct billing- have to pay for benefits up front when used to direct bill. Takes long to get your funds back.
