Coordination of benefits, is time consuming, no direct billing- have to pay for benefits up front when used to direct bill. Takes long to get your funds back.

Signs me out mid claim, in which I lose all the info
I’ve lost count of how many times the app has short circuited and signed me out while I’m in the midst of submitting a lengthy claim. Did the same on the website. Beyond frustrating.

Trouble submitting claim
I am never able to just take a photo of my receipt.

This is the most easy-to-use way of doing benefits that I’ve ever had.
It’s mostly good but…
When I’m selecting items from my photo library I am only guessing if I have the right file to match the claim as the thumb tabs for the photos can’t be previewed or zoomed in at all.

Enter a practitioner once for a company and they took the initiative to add all the practitioners. So it’s a very simple look up after the first time.

Very buggy. Can’t find any providers bars from their search by phone. Used to work now broken.

Why is this so bad
This app is ridiculously frustrating to use when you’re trying to submit a claim. It prompts to add a photo or use the camera but then will immediately say it failed to load when it’s not even going to a place where you can upload or take a picture. I hate it so bad that I end up having to use a computer.
