App show me 0 sheet and internal have 1 sheet. In another case they show me 2 sheets and inside there is no sheet available. Ac luxury show me 14 sheets and error occurred continuously. For the booking of date 11th may, 2026, 7 AM, they show me the buses from 12 am to 7 am also! GSRTC also doesn’t have last minute booking. All applications have direct gpay option but you can’t have access to direct payment from GPay. Paytm is worst and outdated, even though you only allow payment gateway through Paytm only!
Kindly make corporate your self and do the reputed work for government of Gujarat. Though they can take proud on GSRTC after doing much expense on you for people of Gujarat

Worst App ever
One of the worst Bookings app ever. I would request you to improve database & try to understand. passengers are facing lots of problems with this booking App. Im trying to booking today there is showing boarding point but not any option for dropping point. What the hell is this.

Does not have all Destination listed
I tried Ahmedabad to Vadodara. I can find Ahmedabad but can’t select Vadodara as destination. In Redbus app I can see buses for every 15-30 minutes.
Bad experience
I booked tickets so many time from this app but one time my payment was stuck 1500 rupees and I did so many calls on customer care nub no body is responding so my 1500 rupees was gone

Which station the bus is to depart from and which is its final station?
In the iOS version for iPhone, the full name of the bus, the name of the starting station of the bus, and the name of the ending station of the bus are not displayed in the app, so that information about which station the bus is to be picked up from and which station it is to be taken to is not given, and after booking the ticket, the registration number of the bus is not given so that the consumer knows which bus he is to board.

No info about bus number or display name
When we book ticket there no information about like display name of bus or bus number. When I book it from Ahmedabad to rajkot there many buses are there for rajkot. How to identify which is right bus ? Please more information about bus we can identify it at pickup points .
Bug in payment method
After selecting seats and entering my details in the payment section, I chose the UPI option and entered my number. However, it shows an error during verification, and I’m unable to book the bus. My number is correct and works on other platforms for payments as well. The app doesn’t display the exact error either. The same issue occurs on the website too. It has many bugs, and the overall user experience is very poor.

Not showing starting and destination station
The iOS version of this app does not display the starting and destination station names; it only shows the boarding and drop-off stations. As a result, I mistakenly boarded the wrong bus instead of the one I had booked. Also, I did not receive any message indicating which bus to take. I had to catch the correct bus from a different station and ended up paying extra for the distance traveled on the wrong bus.

Site is very unstable. Cannot use online booking. Will not populate source and destinations. Cannot depend on making travel plans. Withdraw it, fix it and reoffer.

Bus timings not visible in first screen
Not able to see bus timings without selecting seats. Which takes longer in ticket booking. Every time need to select seat to see the timings of bus. Can be improved so that desired selection can be made in single attempt and further booking can be initiated.

If its work seamlessly then you are a lucky person, but a day its not working is your nightmare. Some time money deducted but you will not receive ticket. Some time you got a message but it seems to be not confirmed your seat. Need improvement and some time seems to be not worthy and trustable

Its a third class app , i have been trying to open it for booking but every time i open there comes an error , fade up with this app
Overall app
I don’t understand why government doesn’t give proper importance to public utilities app. The app doesn’t open on right time payement issues. Seat issues also the helpline number should be cancelled from the app as there’s no one to pick up or in fact the call doesn’t go to that number. Moreover the ticket price gets cut but no confirmation is there. Overall chaotic not recommended to public instead use private app or buses. Negative star would be given if possible cause feedback’s also don’t matter to govt or App Store play store developers.

Re: seat booking
My journey from Ahmedabad Gita Mandir to Koita, Patan. When I searched for buses from Ahmedabad Gita Mandir to Koita, I found there were three buses. I then selected one and proceeded to book a seat. However, while selecting the pickup stop and boarding stop, Koita was not listed as an option even after searching for it. Can you please fix this issue?
