Absolutely outstanding app! Reliable, user-friendly, and incredibly efficient. The attention to detail is impressive! Guard Owl delivers the professionalism, convenience, and peace of mind you want in a security app. Highly recommend!
Made running security operations so much easier
I manage guard operations across multiple sites in Southern California and the Bay Area, and keeping track of everything used to mean chasing timesheets, phone calls, and paperwork all day. Guard Owl changed that. Timesheets, patrol checklists, site assessments, and compliance are now all in one place, and our dispatch team can monitor activity in real time without constant back-and-forth.
What I appreciate most is how simple it is. My officers picked it up quickly, and I can see what's happening at any site right from my phone. It's saved me hours every week and given our clients more confidence in the service we provide.
If you value convenience and efficiency like I do, give it a try. It's become one of the most important tools in our business.

Best Guard App Ever
Worked with countless security companies and this is by far the best it gets. It makes everything easy and accessible and I’m so happy for the speech enhancement tool.

Great guard app
Works very well on shift
Don’t like
App doesn’t let you upload photos that you’ve took during your shift, instead you must take the photo then and there
Ease of Use Best Feature
Going on the app as a guard makes the job so much easier. It’s simple to use, helps me write better reports with less work, and all the information I need is right there in front of me. Thanks for making a good guard app finally!
Best Guard App
Guard Owl is a game changer simple to use, powerful AI, and redefining how security gets done.
Slow refresh rate
It won’t let me log in. Tracks me off site and off duty. I don’t like this compared to my old app
Not a fan of
Buggy and keeps tracking me off site/off duty. App tweaks out sometime
Best investment For Security Companies
Before Guard Owl, my days were honestly a mess. I'm an Operations Manager at a security company, and most of my time was spent chasing guards around, trying to confirm if they were on site, reminding them to finish their reports, and constantly answering calls about missed check-ins or no-shows. It felt like I was doing everything just to keep the day from falling apart.
Since we started using Guard Owl in a few weeks back everything changed. I can actually see what's going on in real time. I know which guards are on site, who missed a check-in, and I get alerts before things become problems. Reports get done automatically, and I don’t have to chase anyone to submit them. The system just keeps everyone accountable without me having to be on the phone all day.
Honestly the best investment we have made.
