A Worsening
1. It does not work if your CARELINK application is placed in a country outside the US. Therefore you cannot recover your stored data of previous months.
2. Most of devices used to measure blood glucose are graduated in milligrams per deciliter (mg/dl), but this new worsening is set to the weird seldom used graduation of millimoles per liter (mmol/l). Therefore calibration requires continuous transformation of units, something never before required.
What are these Medtronic “programmers or engineers” thinking of?
What a bluff

Hi, Luis. We are finishing up testing and regulatory approval for iOS 16 compatibility and will be sharing updates as soon as they are available. We appreciate your patience. For questions related to turning off alerts, please reach out to our technical support team at 800.646.4633, option 1.
ISO 17??
Doesn’t work. Shame on Medtronic
My doctor actually recommend I get a different glucose monitoring system because and I quote “Medtronic got too big and lazy to keep their crap up to date “
I went against a my doctor because I like the pump
I promise you this will be the last time I ever buy Medtronic devices
Will not connect
Once it is connected the amount of times it needs to be recalibrated makes the sensor actually work a small amount of time.
It’s honestly so sad because when it does work the sensor makes life a lot easier.
Won’t pair
Help
Surprised this is a medical grade app
The readings can also be more than 20% off from finger pricks and even when you recalibrate the readings they don’t reflect the new calibration.
Then there is the extreme delay in updating the app to new IOS releases. My company made us all upgrade to a new IOS update and the app was not compatible so I couldn’t use it for nearly 2 months. It would be better to put a 1 time acceptance to use the app without the testing.
Disappointing
So very unhappy
Update the app
Can’t use the app
UPDATE THE APP!! PLEASE
Unbelievable
In AppStore it say’s compatible but it’s not
It’s now been almost two months that the new hardware has been publicly available and still Medtronic is unable to provide a working program or even an expected time for a working program to be released.
The software when you can use it is great but for a multi-billion dollar global company it’s taking WAY TOO LONG for their engineers to write, test, verify and release a working product.
Fix this!
It works
Thank you.
