It took awhile for the app to start working after update.
But still no landscape viewing. I used another tablet in house to permanently view cameras and landscape viewing would be more sufficient on the main screen and the multi camera screen.
Yes you can manually turn the individual camera (one at a time) and view it in landscape but when the monitor is already mounted on the wall (like most security monitors) they are stationary and doesn’t move.
Giving the customer the option to permanently keep it in landscape mode on all screens/pages would help me out tremendously.

App needs fixing
App is giving issues connecting to the internet and giving continuous live feed after June 19th’s update.
Time is now 15 minutes fast
Why is the time showing on the app fifteen minutes fast? And getting worse

Пожалуйста, настройте приложение и свои серверы чтобы в России заработало, уже месяц не возможно посмотреть трансляции, задать настройки и посмотреть архив. Войти в приложение невозможно: ошибка соединения с сервером!
Не работает
В один момент перестало показывать видео в записи. Долгая загрузка в режиме онлайн. Теперь сбой. Вылет из системы с невозможностью зайти вновь.
Стало гораздо хуже!

Регулярно подвисает. Если просматривать определенное время, то по пару минут за отрезок просто не существует, постоянно перекидывает. Хотела написать отзыв в приложении - "Сеть нестабильна. Не удается выполнить действия".
То есть, если что-то случится, есть вероятность, что по камерам ничего не увижу, т.к. лента просмотра в реальном времени больше красная, чем синяя.

Не могу посмотреть сохраненные видео с 19 февраля
Playback barely works
If you’re not on the WiFi network, you cannot watch recorded footage. If you are on the Wi-Fi network, it will work at times. Would not invest in a system that ties into this app, it is a real exercise in frustration

Худшее приложение,никогда архив камеры не работают, превышено время ожидания и все, хотя прямой эфир показывает нормально

Всё было хорошо сегодня 4 февраля ничего не работает,обновила но ничего не изменилось, Тайм-аут потоковой передачи устройства. Проверьте сетевое подключение устройства.В чём дело???
Zooming Bug
Everytime i go to zoom in the camera freezes and stops loading.
Terrible update
Worked ok and last update brought playbacks issues same as on HiLook and Hikvsison apps. Lags, lost frames and some buffered video. That’s not bug fix but bug planting.
Won't accept alerts from my HVR so i don't get notifications
I've changed every setting possible in this this thing, it won't send notifications to my phone no matter what i do. I've changed devices, same thing. support? hahaha non existent and this is what came with my HVR, which means i paid for it s somewhere along the line and it's useless.
