Decent app, stupidest name ever. If you don’t use it all the time you’ve gotta remember how you spell it each and every time. There is absolutely no logical pronunciation or sense in a combination of the letters!

Truly an event planner’s fairy godmother
I plan over 60 corporate events a year and use Zkipster for almost all of them. This app is fantastic and helps take any event to the next level. While the check in feature is a must have for almost any format of event, Zkipster also allows you to track things like photos, contact information, dietary requests, QR codes, table seating plans, and more about your guests.
I am in the midst of planning a conference based in Hong Kong and using Zkipster for everything start to finish. With its sleek design and easy to use interface it takes care of many logistical efficiently so I can focus on my guests and clients. The customer service is stellar and the price is right. I can’t recommend it enough!

Wonderful App
We are very pleased with this application, we had support from the application staff. Very user friendly and for check in during the event was wonderful. The folks had less than a couple minutes of wait time in line waiting to check in. We will be using this more for our events in the upcoming year.

The Best Event App

Zkipster is a great app, and much more reliable than similar products on the market. The syncing between multiple devices is seamless and the app is incredibly intuitive to use. the reporting post-event is comprehensive and simple. A great solution if you have multiple events every month.
The BEST program for Events in the WORLD!
I have been using Zkipster for several years now. It has never failed, it is super simple to use and their software gets better and better. I love their photo feature and their new table program. I have been doing events for 20 years and this has literally changed my life. I can now focus on my guests and the run of show instead of the all the door drama.

Very impressive!
We used zkipster for our annual gala with over 850 guests. It made life so much easier for us with seating charts and checking in guests. The reports are also pretty good.
Amazing App, use for all my events
Since finding Zkipster I haven’t had a check in nightmare like all event planners have. I’ve never been more satisfied with an event planning service like this and look forward to using it for all of my events to come. How do I get a user name / password ?? It doesn't give options for registering
Absolutely incredible
I used this app for two events I was working over the weekend. Both events had guest lists of over 500 people. The app allowed me to check people in seamlessly, and know exactly who they were and who invited them. I could categorize guests however I wanted, and even have the app send a text to my colleagues when VIP guests arrived. I will use this app for every event I work from now on.

RSVP
Great simple app to use! Love it. What would make this app even more fantastic would be a really simple online RSVP system to go with it to remove the need to manually upload a guest list file. Just something very basic such as name, company, contact number & email which syncs to the list for corporate events.
