Scanning still doesn’t work
This is the second time having to use this app this month and both times I was not able to fully check-in due to the ID SCAN not working
ID scan doesn’t work
Have spent 40 minutes trying to scan my passport into my reservation. I used both live camera and still photo of my passport taken earlier.
Quite simply, the ID scan doesn’t work and won’t upload my passport and now I can’t get back for time wasted by this broken app.

An absolute annoyance
Very frustrating to use
So Redundant
Take something simple, like opening a door to your hostel room, and then add a bunch of unnecessary tech stuff, bugs, errors and opsec compromises and you get this masterpiece.
Also don’t love being forced to sign up for some random app after payment for my room is settled. So sly.
Not only does this tank the app’s rating, but it also massively damages the credibility of the hostel - which btw did everything else well - the only issue is this app.

Good idea but rubbish app
Nightmare to login, invitation to scan I'd is the worst part not sending emails.

Had to download it due to the host request, had to try to scan quite a few times my id, not clear flow, no communication from the app or status update that correlates with the successful scan popup.

Can’t scan
Absolute garbage-wasted hours trying to scan my passport. Won’t read it in any light setting
My country is not in the list for checkins
In 2023 I can not select my country N. Macedonia, and the field is required for me to checkin for the hotel. How is this possible?!?!?!
