Have to uninstall and reinstall the app consistently to get it to work.
Won’t even open
App won’t open. I think there website might have crashed? Nonetheless, it’s a real pain to check mortgage details or make a payment.
Garbage App. Do not install.
Its a poorly coded wrapper for their poorly coded site, and it also hangs during initialization most of the time. It will not help you make payments. It will actually prevent you from soing so because it does not work. Do not download this. Use a browser and do not let it redirect you to the app. Better yet, shop around for a different mortgage company because this slop is simply unacceptable.

Not sure which circus act of a dev team is responsible for this app but it NEVER works.
SO EASY TO USE POST UPDATES
I’ll admit, there were some issues at first, but this app makes it SO EASY to work with Guild Mortgage. Application was easy and I can manage everything in one spot, even after closing.

Totally unacceptable that I am redirected to this app which does not work when I am trying to access important financial information
Not working
The app will not allow you to go past the log in screen. When try to log on via Safari, it brings me to the app. Nothing is working and I am not able to log in.
Can’t login into the app at all
I click login, it goes to load after verifying my Face ID, and then it goes back to the login screen. Can’t get past it. Won’t let me pay on my phone because the website re routes me to the app. Terrible.

This is a horrible app. So many issues so far. Latest one is i can’t log in on the app. It’s just taking me through an endless loop. The browser automatically tries to open the app and takes you through the same infinite loop. I’m just trying to pay my damn mortgage. Absolute garbage, avoid if possible.

Very Frustrating App
This app has some helpful information about my mortgage but has some flaws that are so frustrating. The fact that I’ve called and my wife has called to try to fix the problems is beyond frustrating to us. We simply want to increase the amount we pay towards the principal but the app pops up an error message each time. When we call and talk to a human at Guild, they’re baffled and can’t believe we have the gall to call and complain about their amazing app. Plus, for 2 months we’ve not been able to pay additional money towards our principal. I believe the app must be designed to keep borrowers paying s long as possible so that Guild can keep collecting interest and profitting off folks like me.

Useless and frustrating
Hard to find basic info such as monthly statements. Trying to do basic things such as making an extra principal payment or increase a an extra principal amount usually fails or has to be attempted multiple times. It's as if they let someone who has no experience usung apps design and set this up; I've never seen such a poor product.

Stopped working
The app stopped working, so I have tried to log in on the web and it takes me to the app that I deleted from my phone. I am unable to log into the web now, due to errors that pop up for the web site.
Horrible App
This app is horrible. I do not recommend anyone to download and use it.
