Started to like the ease of the app but hate the app.
When I logged onto the website to pay my mortgage I was excited that they had an app. I’m the type who likes the ease of logging in and making a payment. For the past month, I have not been able to log into my account from the app. When I try to log onto the website on the phone it kicks me out to use the app. But if the app isn’t letting me log in, what’s the point of having it. Deleting the app and just using my laptop.

App not working
Ive been using the app for years to pay our mortgage and the last few months it’s been blurred out when I log in. No updates available. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Nothing has worked.

They have updated the app to include your account to view. Really user friendly.
Easiest way to make mortgage payments
Setting up auto-payments was super easy. That was all I needed to do and I was done in minutes. Phew.

Love the new features so I can manage my loan and make payments in the app.

They changed the app to service mortgage holders rather than seekers, added face scan sign in, so you don’t have to do an email confirmation code, and made the monthly mortgage payment process just a few clicks from sign in. Chefs kiss, good stuff
Horrible app
For a well-run company, this app falls flat on its face! It has twice told me my payments were rejected, but, it doesn’t tell me why. For some reason, there are blank pop ups that have nothing on them. The main page seems to be disabled. I’d like to pay with a debit card, but, there’s no link to Speedpay, even though I FINALLY found the note in the app that says I CAN use Speedpay if I would like, but, there needs to be a link on the app that enables users of this app to LINK to Speedpay. We can’t access Speedpay on our own.
Again, for a company that manages our mortgages, I’d like to think they could get an app developer who knows what to do.

It doesn’t work
I’ve tried telling them the app does nothing but you open it and it’s blurred. Nothing else. I’ve downloaded it, undownloaded it, redownloaded it, checked for updates, gave it time for them to catch the bug and still… nothing. It’s been about 10 months. When I tell them it doesn’t work, they just think it’s me.

I’m glad that Guild has an app now! It is very easy to use, and I can even upload documents and pay my mortgage

What’s going on Guild?
I’ve used this app for many years to pay my mortgage. Now it’s not working (website not working either) and the customer service rep says they have never had an app for customers. Well I’ve been using it for years so that’s wrong. Please fix your technology this is getting frustrating. (Mortgage company great, technology just started failing)

Kinda garbage tbh
The app/ new website design suck. Yes it looks sleek but bring back the YTD and prior year breakdowns. You can’t even see that anymore. Click on anything in the app just brings you to a web page with a banner across the top saying to “open in app”. It’s kind of a joke. I love the company but technology doesn’t seem to be their strong suit

Go back to the way it was!
The latest update is not good. It was nice to be able to see interest amounts for each month and also for the year. It was nice to see all previous payments, and scheduled payments. The new update takes all of that away. The app is constantly trying to open an Internet browser, and when it does, it tells me to open the app. The back and forth is nerve racking! When it does send me to an Internet browser, many times, I get a totally white screen that has “bad request” at the top left. Mind you, I clicked to get to this page. I didn’t miss type anything. Please please please take this update away and go back to the older version. The ONLY thing good about this update is the ability to pay a higher amount for additional principal. I would give that up to go back to the way it was.

Hardly modern. More archaic. Very useless.
This app is useless. All I’m trying to do is look at my payment history and I can’t see it in this app. Anything I want to look at of any relevant takes me back to the website why have an app? The website has changed so much that basic information isn’t even there nor is it in the app. What’s the point?

Poor design
It’s about time we get an App, but if your gonna make an app. Make it standalone and a little more user friendly. Anytime I want to check payment history or anything like that, it reverts me back to the website. Why? Anyway, I feel like a company this size should have a proper App.
Can’t Access Account on App
I just want to see how much of my monthly payment is going toward interest/principal! I have deleted and re-downloaded this App twice now, thinking I would be able to access my Account and see my transaction history with my phone. No dice. Don’t bother downloading this App if you have a desktop/laptop. Other reviewers have stated that navigating the website on desktop is gnarly, and I agree, but at least you get access to your Account and some payment details.

This app isn’t very good
When making a payment the app goes to the website via html and opens a link. Why have an app in the first place if all it’s doing is open a webpage. Why not direct people to the webpage.
Save the company’s investment into a poor app and make the webpage better. Even the new webpage design is terrible. Not intuitive or easy to use at all.

Finally the option to make mortgage payments!!!
Took them a while to allow mortgage payments through the app. I’m so relieved to finally have it and save a trip to log on to their website.

Been trying all day to make a mortgage payment on a this worthless app. I think I’ll just refinance this loan with BECU.
