What a con this was. Paid £18 for a book my daughter could’ve written and I don’t know how to get my money back. The app gives no way to get support or get my money back so having to speak to my bank.

This app has went downhill for sure a client paid me $25 I couldn’t get the money unless I had $100 so I tried to refund her they kept $5 and I was only able to refund her $20..
Won’t play
I purchased the Theta language MP3 and it won’t play at all through the Gumroad app and when I first bought it, I downloaded it to my device and it played fine through my device but now it won’t even play through that either and I’ve been on the phone with Apple support for the last two hours arguing with them about it because there’s no reason for it to have magically stopped working when it worked for the last two months

Gumroad scam
I got scammed by Gumroad for 100$ and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else I hope u stop these scammers from stealing your money

This app from the App Store doesn’t work, but you can still use their website. It definitely needs to be fixed for any good reviews to happen.
Verifying you are human
It’s fine to verify if i’m human but to do so every download? When i’m trying to mass download brushes it’s so annoying. Fix this

Since a recent update the app is useless. You can’t put videos into widescreen mode or the app crashes. It doesn’t save where I left off anymore, it always asks to confirm if I’m a human now, it’s a total disaster. I’ve spent $1,000s on content in my gumroad library and now it’s virtually impossible to access it. Why haven’t you fixed your app?

Creator Ability?
I downloaded this hoping to make and sell products but it appears that the app is only for reading bought products. I’m surprised it’s not even a marketplace apparently, just a reader. I would love a creator and marketplace section. I hope the app expands in the future to be more like the website.

I downloaded this as part of a site required to do virtual scaping of my aquarium.

Can’t see anything beyond past sales. It doesn’t even display the products/services posted on my storefront. It’s the epitome of a useless app.

App is malfunctioning
The app is not working properly. It was fine Friday morning (April 3). Now, my entire library of my paid subscription does not load and I can’t access any of my content. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but I’m still unable to access the contents of my library.
New update is terrible
Lost all bookmarks. Every time you open a book, it starts back at page 1. Horrible. Big step back.

Impossibly hard on ipad
Trying to use this app on ipad is ridiculously hard. The screen is small and keeps glitching, and the login glitches literally every time. I could barely get into my account due to the ipad screen display for this app glitching
