it's not possible to use the app because it simply crashes at random times. it's not even the lag times while loading -- the pages just never load! shame shame shame, Guruwalk ida great service but their app is a catastrophe!
Knowledgeable and thorough
We used guruwalk for the first time in Dubrovnik. Amazing experience. Our guide was so knowledgeable, pace was perfect for all members of our group

È una bella idea e il concetto funziona, ma l’app è fatta troppo male: troppi bug, non posso quasi utilizzarla sul mio iPhone, non ricevo le notifiche e non posso inviare messaggi. Devo sempre lavorare da pc. Oggi ho perso lavoro per colpa di tutti questi problemi e probabilmente riceverò delle cattive recensioni e dei feedback negativi, perché ho avuto delle prenotazioni non notificate. E per di più se cancello mi verrebbero date delle penalità… Non va bene, se volete essere seri e severi con chi ci lavora siate voi i primi a comportarvi da professionisti.

Great Tour Guides
I don’t know how Guru does it, but every tour guide I’ve booked through my travels around Europe has been amazing. The app occasionally glitches when I open my bookings, but the quality of tours, guides, and messaging ability is well worth the few times the app glitches out.

Es buena, pero yo ahora la uso como plataforma complementaria a otras para anunciarme, últimamente se está moviendo peligrosamente hacía ser el "glovo" de los guías. Si las condiciones del guía se vuelven muy precarias, la calidad de los tours se ve afectada. Por una parte, me cobran 123€ por cada 50 adultos que vienen, unos 360€ al mes en mi caso, por otro lado cualquier reseña que no sea de 5 estrellas que es la puntuación máxima te resta puntuación y además te resta más de la que sumas asique necesitas varías reseñas al máximo para recuperar, al asistente la reseña de 4 estrellas que le aparece como "mejor de lo que esperaba" y piensan que te apoyan pero en realidad te resta puntuación. Al final eso premia dar los máximos tours posibles para recuperar puntuación de prestigio y para poder rentabilizar económicamente.

Essential App for Traveling!
I think this app is essential for traveling. It shows all the walking tours a city offers, and you can book directly through the app. I’m not sure why the ratings are so low, because I’ve only had great experiences with it! (My honest opinion, not sponsored)

I really love this app and I have used it in different countries. My only issue is that it should be an option where you can save your favorites or create your wish list
Great concept - Terrible App
This app is awful! The sign-in method in insecure. The buttons don’t work. It crashes. It doesn’t fit a normal sized phone’s screen. Come on, guys. You can do better. Don’t let your guide community down.
Los turistas no llegan a los Toures y hacen perder el tiempo y dinero de los guías.
Llevo trabajando con esta app 5 años al principio todo muy bien pero ahora el equipo de GuruWalk es indiferente a las necesidades de los clientes, uno como guía no puede calificar a los turistas mal educados o que no llegan haciendo le perder a uno tiempo y dinero.

I have used guru walks in different countries and they have always been fab. Really friendly funny guides with interesting knowledge and entertaining stories about the places. Great value for money for all budgets. Would highly recommend!!

also we can see on our end whether or not you no show tours and we can thumbs up or thumbs down yall. idk if it does anything but just don’t be an ahole cus we can see it
