Great food, bad app
Consistent issues with placing orders, will often say items are unavailable and when I call the store, they confirm the items are all available. Multiple orders missed because of payment bugs or issues with checkout

Sorry you are having issues with orders via the GYG app. Firstly I can see from this review you are on version 6.3.1, we are now 7.1.0 and have fixed many payment issues between the release you are on to the one we have out now so please try updating your app to the latest version and try again! On the missing items, please use the contact us via the My GYG section of the app and let our team know what is missing.
Great food, app is shot
Can’t log in, can’t place orders, won’t process anything correctly and store employees don’t know how to help you. They also left DoorDash so it’s near impossible to place delivery orders. GYG needs new software developers

Great food and terrible app
Love the burritos here but this app is awful. I keep trying to register and after 7 attempts, I’m giving up. It keeps saying “oops something went wrong” no matter how many times I try.

Barcode won’t load
Unfortunately this app only lets me order food. I downloaded it for the promotion otherwise I don’t use apps. The barcode never showed up just stuck loading and when I try to use the promotional offer through the app, it simply does not exist. 1 star. Good food though.
App doesn't work
At first, the app was giving me reward points unlimitedly. When I brought it to the attention of the company now my account is blocked and I can't order any food. I never intended to take advantage of this. It was their own system error and I only profited maybe $10
Restaurant great, App not so much
The GyG app has been problematic and getting help has been impossible so far. Recently app orders not received by restaurant and try to reset the password doesn’t work. They have a long way to go before this app would be an affective app.

The app never lets me pay. I keep getting an error message so I have to go and stand in line. Defeats the purpose of the app. Manager said they have had this issue but no fix in sight.

Food is great, but the app is virtually unusable. I tried to sign in but my password didn’t work. Had the app send me a link to reset it, but no email came.

Terrible App
Crashed mid-order but still charged my credit card. Store didn’t have my order so they took my $30 for nothing. What a joke.
