What's New in Gym Rank

3.0.2

September 8, 2026

3.0.2 RANK • Rank Roadmap: a constellation road in Quests that shows the exact reps between you and your next rank, and lets you start the quest that gets you there. • Rank screen: new motion, bigger body maps, a reforged license card. • Standing Leg Curl and a few other rank rows now show the right picture and the right muscles. • Barbell Row and Bent Over Row are one row again, so one lift has one rank. Your best lift is kept. WORKOUTS • Discover: browse official programs, a Workout of the Day and benchmark workouts, with rep ranges on every set. • Training cycle: your routines follow your program's order, and you can repeat a day without breaking the cycle. • Program cards with a quick-actions sheet, an Explore shelf on the Workout tab, and workout search by type. • Open a finished workout in view mode and watch new PR records animate in. • Add set after a finished warm-up now gives you a working set. PREMIUM FOR FRIENDS • One subscription, up to four friends. Share your code and they train free for as long as you stay subscribed. • Got a code? Enter it during onboarding or on the subscription screen. Your own code lives under Home › menu › Premium for friends. LOOK • Three worlds: Olympus, Arise and Minimal. Pick yours in onboarding or under Settings › Background. • Your world changes everything: rank badges, backgrounds and cards. Your home screen widgets and the workout Live Activity follow it too. SHARE & COMPARE • Swipe through your rank and workout cards and post them straight to your Instagram story. • New share formats, a profile card and a reworked comparison view. HOME & PROFILE • A redesigned Home board, your avatar on the dashboard, a refreshed edit-profile screen, and a rank badge you can claim. AND MORE • A rebuilt onboarding, a welcome screen after you subscribe, and a last offer when you leave the subscription screen. The discount you win stays yours. FIXES • New accounts now sync their profile to the cloud correctly, so friends, the leaderboard and codes work for everyone. • Dozens of smaller fixes and performance improvements.

Amazing!

Very useful for building both physical and mental strength

Changed everything

They changes the whole vibe of the app with the new rebrand, kaizen zone is gone, now we get the run of the mill gym app with the same lifeless personality as the rest.

Not the same anymore

I really enjoyed the app and how it could give me daily challenges but now it doesn’t even do that

Just Why

This app used to be great but now it has a pay wall for the stuff that use to be free. I had to delete most of my work out plans because I did not want to pay to use them they also took away the Guilds.

Response from developer

Sorry to hear! The guild feature got removed due to many bugs and the usage wasn’t high. Regarding the workouts im very sorry about that sadly, the app was losing money and 14 total workouts is very generous still compared to other apps🙏 again sorry though

Zaizen zone

Best training app I’ve come across
I’m a competitive person, so turning the workout into a game is amazing motivation for me.
