Won’t connect and load profile
Continuously get error when trying to access membership info and use phone instead of key tag to check in. Pretty much useless.

I’ve been locked out of this App for weeks. I have reset my password more than a dozen times; received the reset link, reset and still unable to access. There is no support by the staff either to support users having issues.
