Cardio days now fill the session length you asked for. A 30-minute cardio workout could come back as two four-minute pieces, or run twelve minutes long. Both fixed. Choosing "Improve Cardio & Stamina" no longer hands you a barbell strength day. Muscular-endurance circuits are real resistance circuits again, not three cardio machines back to back. Cardio now saves to Apple Health as cardio. It was being recorded as traditional strength training. Describe your real machine and it replaces the generic one you picked during setup, instead of leaving two treadmills in your gym. Cardio machines are asked cardio questions — top speed, incline range — instead of "what weight is shown on the first plate?" Incline, decline and speed on hand-entered machines now reach your programming. They were being dropped, so exercises needing an incline could never be selected for you. Gym Readiness shows how many machines gymDIY knows by name versus by type, with a shortcut to fill in the rest. Regenerating a program can no longer leave the app stuck on a spinner. Replacing a machine during setup now saves correctly.
