Inconsistent Deliveries
I’ve used this company for over a year and they consistently deliver my water well after the delivery date. My most recent order is pending for a week. I’m over this. I do not recommend using this company.
Terrible!
No customer service available. Driver never showed up to deliver the water I ordered. The app let me cancel the order but charged $4.99 to do so, what a scam! I'll be disputing every charge on my statement from this company.

Disappointing Experience: Lackluster Service and Frustrating Delays
I recently placed an order through this app, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed. Cole Blankenship accepted my order four days ago, and yet, we are still without water. It baffles me how this company can stay in business when they allow their drivers to accept orders without any consequences for late deliveries. It is truly disheartening. Water, being essential for life, holds a significant importance, and the lack of urgency shown by this app's drivers feels like a direct insult. It's especially frustrating considering they are diligent about requesting a deposit to use the app. It makes me question whether this app is being run from someone's basement rather than a professional setting. To make matters worse, there doesn't seem to be a customer service number available for assistance, leaving customers feeling helpless. Considering the ongoing issues and the hassle with bottle deposits, I strongly advise staying away from this company unless you don't mind waiting for a week just to receive two five-gallon jugs.

Terrible business premise
Please don’t use this service. It’s a waste of money, the water is probably worse quality than tap due to microplastic pollution, and it’s terrible for the environment. Water is heavy and should be transported by pipes, not massive trucks causing lots of emissions and disproportionate damage to roads. If you’re really concerned about tap water, save your money and get an at-home filter instead that is cheaper and more effective.
