Fun to Use!

I have used the app for over a year and love

Awesome prices

The platform has become a top place for me to reference before making any purchases. Inventory can be limited so it doesn’t always have what I’m looking for but when it does it’s generally 40-50% cheaper. Highly recommend.

PLEASE!!

It would be great if all clothing, shoes, sheets and bedding had sizes listed. Some do sometimes but I’ve noticed a lot don’t!

New logo new name same trash

The list that I could make or anyone could make of what this app needs to be user friendly is very long. Instead of addressing any of that, we get a new but fittle name, cause this whole process is a haggle, and a new icon.

Really easy to use

Have gotten some really great deals so far! I love how they offer local pickup deals, it feels much easier to win bids than other platforms where u compete against everyone in America!

Update to Haggle Bids

It won’t let me update the app from A-Stock to Haggle Bids… I guess I’m gonna stop buying things from them if I came get the correct app. Also, why wouldn’t you wait to update the app until after the sale ends??

Haggle Bids is the same app, just renamed — there's no separate one to install, and your account and bids are untouched either way. If the update isn't appearing for you, email customersupport@haggle.com with your iOS version, and we'll look into it.

This company is trash. Everything I’ve bought has had issues. They’re selling at a discount because these are problem items. Don’t waste your time or money.

Thanks for the feedback — we'd rather address it than ignore it. A quick clarification on the pricing: our lots start low because that's how bidding on an event works, not because an item is defective. Every lot carries a condition tag on the listing page — "Appears New," for example — along with photos and the retail value, so you can decide what a given item is worth to you before you bid. Bids open at a dollar; the final price is set by other bidders, not by us discounting damaged goods. That said, a condition tag is only useful if it's accurate. If items you received didn't match how they were described, send your invoice number and lot numbers to customersupport@haggle.com and we'll pull the listings and review them. If a lot was materially different from its listing, we want to know — that's a listing problem on our end, and it's fixable.

I was in the Hospital with a family member, and forgot about picking up on the last day, was a hour late, so went back the very next day and they Took my money and my items. Over 600.00 worth, sorry bunch of people if you ask me.
If you notice there’s no phone number to get ahold of them.
They said to email them. Haha.
Bunch of Crooks if you ask me!!
When you buy a pallet, just go ahead and take it straight to the dump too.
No need in looking in it.

Worst app/store

Worst place to make bids! The bid was supposed to end and instead of it ending. They added another 5 minutes to the bid! Waste of time, may as well use eBay since they don’t restart their timers

Love the auction, but the app is terrible.

Fix the app. It can’t keep up. Businesses fail because of bad tech.

Often goes out when everyone is logged on

It seems like when it’s crunch time and they are running alot of events (Friday/saturdays) that the app quits working so you lose opportunities to bid. Also we need a way to sort our watch list by location and time.

It’s ok

The idea is good, and I’m sure it will become fewer bargains as it becomes more popular, just like eBay back in the day. But the app isn’t great. I had to delete it and redownload to get it to work again.

If you can tell us roughly when it happened and what you were doing —customersupport@haggle.com. And if it comes back, ping us before you reinstall; that wipes the evidence along with the problem.

Make a delete closed items button

It’s a great app but it really needs a “delete all closed items” button on the watchlist. Having to go in and individual take each one off is ridiculous and honestly keeps me from using the app as much. Please put this in your next update!
