iOS here.. I can’t switch payment apps. I’m locked to using paytm and it still doesn’t work properly. Please give more options to pay…
Worst app and machine
The machine comes with so much errors and doesn’t wash clothes properly, detergent remains in clothes . It runs for 40 min whether the water is sufficient or not.
On top of that now they have started asking for bank details, UPI doesn’t work anymore. Pathetic app and pathetic machine

Stupid app
Why the hell does it have an ‘appointment option’ some people just click on it and dont use it and often forget to cancel which results to others not being able to use the machine

No codes appearing on the washing machine and no bluetooth option available either.
Terrible app. Unable to create account
I have been trying to create an account for months now but have been unsuccessful. Every time I try to register it says my number is already registered but when I try to login with the number, using the forgot password option, it says the number is not registered. Unable to use the app as a result.
Worst app
Worst worst app and worst all are worst in app it shows appointment booked but when we go to Washing machine it will be used by someone if we call to customer care also no use
Full of problems
I cant connect my phone to the washing machine. When i sign up it is showing user already registered but when i go to sign in it is showing user not registered…. I wasted my time on this simply. Waste of time and efforts.
Bad Service
The team came last week for review nd coupon in our hostel. We are final yr mbbs students we were forced downstairs to give them positive reviews nd star and in return we will get free service for 1 week. Instead of lot of issues with their machines we gave positive review but no coupon received, its been a week. Very bad service.

I've been using the Haier Wash app for a while now, and it's made doing laundry so much more convenient! Super easy to use. Does not lag while transactional process. Allows for multiple wash style- quick, normal and spin. Really convenient for students who are lazy to wash clothes on their own. The machine Washes properly and doesn’t leave a single dirty spot on the clothes. Highly recommended.
