Im not a personal user of the coaches, but my friend is. They now have to walk home (about an hour) because they dont own a phone. It’s inconvenient to me as i am ill and dont know how ill be feeling on the day. So if im ill and my parents couldnt pick me up how do you expect me to get home, as i should have known i was gonna be ill 24+ hours in advance if i wanted to get home?
Halesowen college listen to your students. This is unnecessary and inconvenient. Go back to checking id’s as they change every year anyway, let alone they have the study year on them. Its not like a peeson could fake their id. Stupid idea for a stupid place

This app doesn’t even work and won’t let me book
It’s kind of ok
Honestly the other system was a lot better where you go to see people’s IDs and also loads of people forgot to book a coach on a certain day such as myself.

Brev man was tryna get on and the coach driver was like yo if you ain’t booked the coach then u can’t get on like just ask to see my ID card it’s jarring anyway i was very shocked cuz how am I supposed to get home 🤦♂️
Just why?
There is no need for the app. What about if lessons are cancelled or moved and I am never informed until that day meaning I am unable to book the coach. Just go back to checking ID’s.
