Frustrating

Trying to top up my swift card and renew my monthly train ticket, I’ve paid but whenever I scan on swift collector it doesn’t show the ticket I just paid for! How can I go about getting my ticket onto my card??

Payment system’s a disaster

Why not include Apple Pay? And why rely on a physical card? Just give us QR codes. This system is unnecessarily complicated.

Not usable

This app is horrible and a pain to use. Everytime I try to scan my card there is always an error. I can never redeem my tickets for my card straight after I get them because I’m messing with this app trying to get it to work. It’s been very annoying and you guys have abandoned both apps for some silly reason so if you’re reading this. Fix this

Not user friendly

Every single time I try to log in it goes blank. I've uninstalled and installed so many times and it's still like that. Please upgrade

Edit: my first review was 5 months ago and it is still hasn't changed. Your website is not friendly user and your app doesn't work. I get so frustrated every single month I need to top up my card! You mostly have 1 star review and you still haven't fix anything. Useless!
