Frustrating
Trying to top up my swift card and renew my monthly train ticket, I’ve paid but whenever I scan on swift collector it doesn’t show the ticket I just paid for! How can I go about getting my ticket onto my card??
Payment system’s a disaster
Why not include Apple Pay? And why rely on a physical card? Just give us QR codes. This system is unnecessarily complicated.
Not usable
This app is horrible and a pain to use. Everytime I try to scan my card there is always an error. I can never redeem my tickets for my card straight after I get them because I’m messing with this app trying to get it to work. It’s been very annoying and you guys have abandoned both apps for some silly reason so if you’re reading this. Fix this

Not user friendly
Every single time I try to log in it goes blank. I've uninstalled and installed so many times and it's still like that. Please upgrade
Edit: my first review was 5 months ago and it is still hasn't changed. Your website is not friendly user and your app doesn't work. I get so frustrated every single month I need to top up my card! You mostly have 1 star review and you still haven't fix anything. Useless!

Doesnt even open it just crashes
Installed, tried to open and it crashes.
What happened to the old Net WM app that you could check bus and train times, stop locations, disruptions, journey planner etc?
Its absurd that the old app was discontinued what are people supposed to use now?

Doesn’t load swift cards
Absolutely awful, I bought an expensive ticket and was never able to load it onto my card through the swift collector. Rubbish and a waste of money
Fix the app
There is no excuse for the login section of the app to not work. Fix this immediately lazy developers!

The app doesn’t work properly. I log in and then get a blank screen. Also the journey planner doesn’t work!

It won’t let me sort out my bus pass if the swift collector, nor will it in any of my other family’s phones, how am I supposed to rely on this app if it won’t let me do my bus pass and use the buses

Useless
Downloaded the app to renew my Swift card, can’t even do that as there are too many bugs and errors so there’s no point in the app. All negative reviews and no fixes.

poor app
this app needs some serious updating. the whole layout is very outdated. takes forever to log in and if you forget your password it takes forever to change that password. i can’t even simply buy my ticket without it crashing out.
Worst app ever
Whoever made this app needs firing, I’ve got a swift card and I’ve got a code for it but it keeps telling me I have to order a new card in order to redeem the code. 🤦♂️
NEEDS DESPERATE FIXING
I’ve been trying to load my pass for a week now and it still won’t load onto the card nothing is broken physically just I’ve had to explain to ever bus driver that my pass won’t load onto the card and instead have had to show them the email confirmation of my ticket being valid
Utterly useless
After reading all the reviews, it seems WM has just decided to give up on this all as they aren’t even responding anymore. You cannot register your card! It’s incredibly bad. I’ve emailed & calked but no replies/answers in over a week.
The page disappears
So I am new to the app, and trying to register. When I put my detail in the box, the page disappears. I waited and waited many times after doing this, thinking it’s buffering and the page will come back but in vain. So I have to start from scratch again until I gave up registering. I am thinking of deleting the app now!

Good feature but system connection may be a problem
I like the simplicity of the app and its focus on real things. Features are accessible and easy to navigate. But when I try to log in my account, it loaded for too long that I cannot bother to wait. Secondly, the live timetable is one my favourite featutes. However, sometimes, if I tap on one of the favourite stops from the homepage, it does not pop-up. No matter how many times I try, it keeps being like that. At a result, I then have to look for the stop on the map, and check live schedule from it. The app tries to be compact with essential features. However, it seems the server connection has many problems that my experience could not be seemless.
