This app was extremely excellent before four years ago, i been talk many girls and boys around the world. And I learned language using this app.. but now i install again and found this is running only Ai bot..i don’t know why they stop those features?

That was a very good app in the beginning, but now it’s the worst as you can’t contact, search or see anybody, you have to pay for everything!!!!!!!

Hope you are well. I would like to tell you that we really want the students live stream to come back as it was really great for speaking in English
I know it is hard to bring back everything as you guys said you would never bring it back
But just imagine every students will come back and download the app again because they really got benefits from it

Don't bother to try
The app changed from English practicing with other people to just an AI bot

Bring back instant match cz it was the only reason i was using that app i don’t wanna waste my time talking to an AI i mean instead talking to a real human is better
Confused
I am trying out the AI thing with my conversational skills in German. I thought this app would help me with my sentences but it didn’t. I purposefully asked a question incorrectly and then correctly. Neither were marked incorrect. Do I have to subscribe to see just that basic thing?
Bugs
I like the overall concept. My first thought was it was better than Duolingo. Then I started taking the quizzes and I got the answers wrong because all answers were correct but I didn't know which one the bot wanted me to choose. For example, "I live in... City A, B, C, or D. Without context I have 25% chance of getting it right. Which one does it want me to choose? The second bug is that some lessons show "Error loading script" The third bug is that I sometimes I can't press the X or Skip button during an ad. Anyways, I like the app. It's just kind of buggy.

Forced to Learn Brazilian Portuguese
I downloaded this app as it said it was free language learning. It’s not. It forced me into Brazilian Portuguese, despite my selection of another language, and locked me out of all other courses. If I could give it less than one star I would.

I deleted my Hallo account because I don't have the time this semester, but I'll be back soon! However, I checked my bank account this morning and saw that they had debited my account for the subscription fee and I didn't have an account! Can u help me !
Doesn’t work
I tried using the AI free for all and the system just crapped out. The three dots just kept flashing and nothing happened, then when I left and tried to go back in it asked me to subscribe… doesn’t seem worth it

It worked for free for the 5 minutes daily limit. But after I paid for it this is all I receive as a response. Great idea, hopefully another company does this so I have something that works
Edit: I found another app that works — TalkPal. Hallo wouldn’t work most days, TalkPal has no issues.

Hallo was better before. Every students were getting better and better day by day because there were Livestreams and instamatch which helped us so much but this update is absolutely useless for everyone and not lot of people uses it anymore
Promising but bug heavy
This app seems promising and I’m excited to be able to actually use it. In its current state, I cannot do any lesson without it going back to the main screen. It does the same for the role play selections, even in multiple different languages. The farthest I could get was two responses and then it would send me back to the Home Screen. Once app is actually useable beyond this I would love to come back and give it 5 stars, for now, I’ll remain at 3 with the hope it will be resolved quickly.
