OK, I loved Bubbles Sills production of Sweeney Todd - Rent was OK, best part was getting to take my (long gone) love there for it.
I want to see Assassins but the political climate is waaay wrong!
The climate NEEDS Hamilton - we’ve got to show people what some of our immigrant ancestors went through so the rest of our immigrant ancestors/selves could find freedom,
and what it could cost us to get rid of King Trump and put our government back together again.
Two things though, Linn - the play needs a 3rd act - shortening the first a bit, and bringing in partier extraordinaire Ben Franklin and more of the Convention in Philadelphia, where he was running 2 newspapers on opposite sides of the issues. (Hey, he made sure everyone bought one - or both!)
And King George should make the announcements on theater safety on stage again like he did before COVID -and it would be a real trip to have him stumble into his real German accent. It might mess up the songs though.

App doesn’t start
I’ve been using this app for years and have won the lottery a couple of times. However, in the last two months or so, the app wouldn’t pass the starting logo screen. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled multiple times without luck. Please help!
Stuck on the cover screen
This app doesn’t seem to work on iPhone 16 with iOS 18.5. It is stuck on the yellow screen with the Hamilton silhouette even if I delete and reinstall the app as well as power cycle my phone on and off to no avail. I’ve given up on this app *sigh*.
App is frozen
I was able to enter the lottery one time. Ever since the app is frozen on the gold screen with the star. Please fix this bug.

Ok I’m a die hard hamilfan so when I saw this I thought it was a revolutionary thing and it is but the only thing is the karaoke because I thought they were gonna have all the songs, but it was only like six or seven and the six or seven songs only have like three minute clips but other than that it’s my fav

Never opens anymore
I used to love the app but recently it just gets stuck on the home page and won’t open. How can I enter the lottery if I can’t even get into the app? Please fix this bug.

My experience winning the Hamilton Lottery! I haven’t had this app for long, and the only reason I got it was because my professor won the lottery and recommended it to me and my classmates. I was the only win who downloaded it and behold, two months later I got a sweet surprise 😁I honestly thought it was a scam at first and I understood anyone who is is skeptical but this app is the real deal! For me, I got an email telling me that I had won the lottery and that I could purchase two tickets for only $20! I had to purchase them before 4, and it was 2:30 in the afternoon but I still managed to plan. In my experience, we had to retrieve the tickets no sooner than 5 and the show was at 7. They gave me my tickets and said the place opened at 6:30. We got front row seats and almost in the middle, it was unreal! Being able to experience such a wonderful up close was truly amazing and a night to remember. Even on a Tuesday night, the cast gave it their all and pulled off a memorable play. So to anyone who is wary of this app (from someone who is usually precautious) this app is NOT a scam! I appreciate having the opportunity to win the lottery and hope everyone gets the feel the joy of watching this play in person ❤️

App is not working. Please fix! I used to love using this but now it just shows Hamilton logo. Try to delete and add back and still won’t work!!

You couldn‘t have done better, but you could add a maker for a Hamilton avatar creator and to see what Hamilton character you are. Love this app!!
Glitches & Customer Support Is Non-Existent
I’ve seen Hamilton a couple of times and know fully the popularity of tickets and such. But when a glitch on the app takes the chance away from me and others to enter a lottery and then customer service is non-existent is just wild to me. This happened for Greensboro, NC. I entered the lottery like usual but later one day received a push notif that a glitch occurred and to re-enter. I got back on the app but was met with a message saying “An Unexpected Error Occurred” which stayed in place for several days. Numerous attempts to contact Hamilton customer service have been to no avail. I tried on the app chat but almost every time I did, it said no human agent was available to help and to check back despite it being during normal business hours. As this is a known matter of pertinence, I would have thought customer service would be more readily available. I then tried email and after days of trying that route I finally received a “response” that said the lottery was closed and to try for the next week of shows. How when the app still said “Unexpected Error Occurred?” My follow up email that included this information and a current screenshot went unanswered. I finally was able to enter the lottery for the second week but, no shock here, didn’t win a single one. And all I wanted was one ticket. Just one ticket. Nope! Not to mention, I never received a push notif to check my lottery status despite having push notifs enabled. I was finally able to get a hold of a human on chat and they were very snarky and dismissive of my concerns. No offer to even pass my feedback along or anything, saying it was “too bad” I felt the way I did. As someone who works in customer service, I would be fired on the spot if I treated a customer this way. I was a big fan of Hamilton but I will not be seeing the show in Greensboro nor anywhere in the future.

No notification
I am really sad because the app didn’t give me notification that I won the lottery and the email throw it in spam so i couldn’t see it and i didn’t claim my win. It makes me really sad! If there is option to send notifications in message or if the app will notice me I will definitely claim my win.
Won’t register my sign in
The app doesn’t work. Sign in just keeps prompting no matter how many times you put your info(email and password) in. I have deleted the app. Appears based on many other 1star ratings from (current to 5 years ago)that the LA lottery and sign in does not work and can only conclude at this point there is no intention of fixing. 5 years of complaints! The app creators don’t seem to be paying attention to these reviews.
