Wont work
Wanted to use this to follow a charity benefit auction and maybe bid. Cant see the items, cant bid, cant follow the live auction. No benefit to me , disappointed. I’ve bid and purchased lots of items at online auctions , but this format is the worst Ive seen

It was good but I couldn’t see the auction unless I hit a space in the search bar. I won one so it’s all good!!
Problems
Every time I bid on an auction item the app shuts down. So frustrating!
Failed at the last minute
App went down with three minutes left of our fundraiser. The servers couldn’t handle 400 people bidding and cost the fundraiser between $10k and $20k compared to prior years.
Terrible for iPhone users
I went to my school action last night. Everyone with an iPhone had major issues. Every time I bid on an item, I got kicked out of the app & had to start again. So frustrating. I missed closures & did not bid on certain items beyond this glitch. I’m CERTAIN this caused lower final prices because people were tired of dealing with it. Do not recommend. Find another platform for your auction.

Frustrating
At a silent auction and trying to bid but the app co Stanley kicks us out when we place a bid and we have to start all over again. Not good software.
Easy to bid-glitching issue
The bidding process was easy. Glitched a lot and I had to keep restarting the app.

Wish I could have pulled up all the items I had favorite’d during my browsing of silent auction items.

Handbid seemed easier to use this yr and I loved the colored screen shots!

Can’t log in. It wants to send a verification code to a number ending in 5555, despite my having put in a different number on the prior screen.
Absolutely Trash
Literally used and registered for an account yet when I downloaded it again for a school auction I tried to login and entered my mobile number. Every time is asks for a pin it says it sent it to the number ending in 5555, which clearly is not my phone number. Fix your app, guys. Cripes.
Server issues
App is fantastic (when it works). At our event last night the “server was down for the app”. It was so much stress for those in charge of the charity event and very frustrating.
