Very good app but missing a small bill payment which is available in web version not in app wish it could make life more easy

When I log into the laptop bank account, the mobile app bank account will keep frozen. Then I have to delete the mobile app and reinstall a new app each time.

Not user friendly at all. After all these years you make an application so complicated. What for? To stop new customers to use your services????
Cheque Book Request
It would be great if there is an option about requesting for cheque books in the app; It is quite inconvenient that I have to do this through desktop e-banking.
