Never works. Can’t unlock cards when I need to.
If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. I am going tomorrow to switch banks. I have to lock my card every time I use it because I ALWAY have fraud issues with this bank. I’ve had to switch my card out at least 4 times. And when I do go into this app to unlock my card, it gives me a pop up saying it can’t connect to my bank server and won’t let me in. I was trying to pay at the grocery store and couldn’t unlock my card. No option was available to unlock it over the phone or anything. I’m stuck without being able to access my money until this app decided to start working again. Not the first time it’s done it. I’m done with this bank. I’ll be switching when they open back up tomorrow.

Love the ability to set alerts for my card. Valuable app!
HAPO debit app
Not pleased at all. This new app keeps telling me “unable to authenticate “ and won’t let me in. It also doesn’t have facial recognition like the regular HAPO app does. Card Valet was much better.
