Horrible app

This has to be the worst app to ever exist.

Does not work and support team has no IT experience whatsoever to try to resolve the issues.

Waste of time to download this app.

Hapless and Unhelpful

One of the worst app experiences I’ve encountered in my time as a smartphone user. The insurance check either doesn’t exist or this company is all some kind of horrible prank.

App sucks

I went through everything and had my virtual visit appointment and I got the different size rings to provide my ring size. I tried to input my ring size I get an error contact customer service. I keep getting texts to add my ring size but the app doesn’t work. I deleted it and reinstalled.

Update: had to change my clock to 24 hr time not 12 hr. So weird. Hope it helps others. I contacted support and they were able to help me.

App is buggy

Won’t allow me to update the ring before use. It’s stuck in a cycle of going to 100%, loosing connectivity then going back to 99%.

Efficient, simple to use

Very easy to use, streamlined experience for getting reliable results. And the ring is a lot more convenient and comfortable to use than other products I’ve seen

Repeated error message

I’ve tried repeatedly, on two separate days, to enter my insurance info. Each time, the app says, “Great, <name>! We’ll check this insurance plan for eligibility.” However, when I click next, an error message says the app was unable to upload my info. My internet is working just fine but I tried switching from WiFi to cellular and vice versa, to be sure. Oh, and the App Store shows that the app was allegedly updated in the past week to fix glitches (no details provided). Don’t bother trying to upload via their website — they’ll just direct you to download their faulty app.

Their team sent me a reminder today (less than 24 hours after downloading the app) to provide my insurance info in the app. They said I can respond to that email if I “have any questions.” I’m currently waiting for their customer service to respond and advise regarding next steps.

Amazingly simple

I’ve done sleep testing before. This was so easy.

Wretched customer service

This product was originally advertised back in 2022 as “Happy Ring,” and was intended to compete with the likes of Oura. Then they pivoted away from the consumer market into clinical trials. Now they’ve pivoted to sleep studies but the customer service is nonexistent and on top of the $200 they charge you for the sleep study, they try to lock you in to an additional $200/year subscription for the ring. That’s $400 for a ring that multiple other customers have already worn and doesn’t even function with all of its sensors enabled. It also has horrible battery life. Stay away.

Awful support -problems unresolved

I entered my insurance in the app, and it disappeared. I’ve not yet heard back from anyone related to tech support, and their self-help pages are ‘not found’ when following the links. I’m very frustrated and I’m hoping they will NOT try to bill me for a service that they’d initially said was covered by my insurance. It shouldn’t be this hard to reach support or self service an issue.
