I like Hardee’s. However I have started backing off my ordering there for two main reasons: 1. Mine charges you $1.10+ for cheese on a sausage, egg biscuit. 2. No rewards ever. Bonus: I pass 3 other fast food restaurants on my way to work that do not charge me extra for cheese ( it’s included on my sandwich), the other 3 restaurants offer rewards.

I’m now unable to use the app to check out. Now I keep getting a message saying error validating basket. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in several times along with uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Coupon Wouldn’t Apply
Got a promo for a free sandwich after their sponsored hick drove the fastest around an oval. App wouldn’t apply the coupon after I drove to store.

We know how to make our own hash browns for the fraction of the cost. (And you’ve trained us very well). Conditioning your customers to skip items is terrible for any business. We never forget the conditioning.

The APP doesn’t allow for local specials or deals. I order from the APP for efficiency but end up paying more. Also, jelly isn’t an option in condiments.

Chicken Sandwich
The chicken sandwiches were dry and old. They looked like they had been sitting on a hot plate for three hours. Not good.
App is bad
I have tried numerous times to get help with my app. It does not update, shows deals on food that isn’t available at all, I have deleted the app several times. Same problem. I used to eat there 2 times a week, haven’t been in three months now because there is ZERO support on the app, which makes food affordable here. I will never go back until it’s fixed. I hope Chuck Burke sees this.. Piney Forest location, Danville
