The Joplin, MO Hardee’s refuses to use the app. This is the 21st century not 1994. So many specials get thrown under the bus and in our community can’t use them. The last remaining store anywhere near here that honored the app closed. This is the last Hardee’s for 70 miles.

Totally nonfunctional
This app is a brick. None of the alternative login buttons work, which means all those stars you earned on the account you logged into with Apple or Google? Gone, son. App also features worst-in-class support amongst fast food apps. If you order an item that’s not available, it can’t be cancelled via app or by the restaurant. You have to contact corporate by email to get the item refunded. Hardees food is great, but this app is an embarrassment of glitches and poor UI choices. In 2026 this is unacceptable.

I bought a Frisco burger at the Hardee’s on the main drag across from willow brooke lodge and they charged 11.49 plus tax, higher than the menu price sign says! Not good customer service!
Best fast food app I’ve used
This is the best fast food app that I’ve ever used, especially because before you order, it asks you to change your store and make sure it’s the correct one. it’s also extremely easy to order my food. I’m not having to make a bunch of stuff. I get my categories and it’s just organized very well
Good Experience
I have always had good experiences at this location, food is always the way I like it… hot, fresh and plentiful. The service is great, the environment is always clean and fresh with fooooood yummm.

Horrible app
I love Hardee’s, but their app is horrible. I tried multiple times to create an account and join their rewards program, which requires you to enter your zip code and phone number. That’s it. 15 numbers. After entering my zip, phone number and clicking “Complete profile” an error message pops up that says “ACCOUNT UPDATE FAILED. Use of offensive words is not allowed.”. Seriously? There were zero letters submitted, not even the emoji of the “bird” hand.

Why will Hardees not let you look at their menu when the stores are closed? I wanted to see if there was anything I wanted for the next day, but the menu is not available for viewing after hours.

Usually ordering doesn’t go so smoothly for me but this app was very easy to navigate & great deals on the app as well wish it had more options or deals on sweet stuff and longer for deals on drinks, shakes! Hint hint l

PASSWORD RESET ISSUE
I haven’t been able to reset my password for a month, so I haven’t been getting food here! Can you fix that?!! None of the links are working for Google sign in or Facebook sign in or Apple. I can’t use the app. And I don’t receive your reset password links. Running the latest software update and I have iPhone 16 PM
