Most difficult app I know of. Nothing is intuitive.
Even this review screen is difficult. I have hundreds of reward stars to use; but can’t figure out how. I have yet to complete an order without an employees help. Most of the time they can’t find an employee who knows any more about it than I do.

The app is ridiculous it doesn’t work.

Apple Pay is set up like shipping a package and will not go through. And card payments no longer work. Keeps saying check bag. Very disappointing.

I love using hardee’s app. It’s so convenient and fresh . it is always tasty and they have lovely deals!
Great staff
The app was kinda difficult to navigate but Melissa and Kallie took the time out to help us with the order and were super patient with my technologically deficient husband. Will definitely stop again when I’m coming through town.
Mobile app
Won’t even let me log in anymore. Will just show a loading screen for 5+ minutes. Even going to their website is no good. One of the worst mobile food apps by far.

Easy app to navigate
When it works it’s cool
Like the title says, when it works. Half the time you can’t sign in or even utilize what rewards you do or would’ve had. The app experience is truly awful seeing as it fails at the most basic premise of its existence.

All the fast food apps are wretched but this one also does not work. Would not let me order and the restaurant cannot offer the in app deals so their bad app cost me like $7 in extra fees.
Worst fast food app
Was trying to stop by a Hardee’s on my way home from work, when operating the app and choosing a store to pickup from, it doesn’t tell you on the map which one you’re picking up from let alone let you change it on the map, so I ended up choosing the wrong Hardee’s to pickup from, but that could’ve blamed on me. However, when I realized my mistake I went to see if I could cancel my order, I couldn’t because my order was already completed. When I try to go to the help link, The website doesn’t work, just leaves me with a Loading screen. Will not be ordering from this app again.

Awful Apo
The app automatically shows all optional items as selected for each burger, then if you deselect them, it increases the price as though you SELECTED them. That’s a disaster waiting to happen, so I went to Wendy’s instead and won’t order Hardee’s until they get their act together and fix this mess.
