Shows aisles, user/UI error
Thanks to developer response, I know now to switch to “In-store” mode to get the aisle location of products. Maybe that should be noted in the UI.

This is very frustrating. Will not take credit card info for pickup. Employees get ZERO STARS FOR NOT CARING, NOT HELPING AND NOT ADDING PAYMENT INFO. we drive from mesquite to shop here……we are done.FINI NADA no more
Aisles no longer given
Used to be able to find products by aisle. No longer.
Easy to use
This app is easy to use, and let me look up the aisle something is in, while I was shopping. That made it easy to find that item, and not have to go ask someone. It’s also easy to look up the prices for the groceries ahead of time.
Can’t even sign in
I put in my email and password in, click login.. and nothing happens. No error, no message, nothing. The page refreshes, and nothing.
Great Grocery Store terrible app
Spent 6 hours trying to update the app and haven’t been able to so far.
I don’t have the option of non delivery grocery shopping at this time.

Can’t create new account in app
Downloaded the app and tried to create a Harmons account. To set up an account, you have to select a preferred store location, but the dropdown box wouldn’t let me search or scroll through the list, so I can’t create an account. I’ll have to create an account on their website and will try the app later.

Horrible Service
Even at max tip the shoppers refuse to follow instructions, replace things you asked a refund for, and pick expiring veggies.

I can’t select a city to even create my account. Disappointing. Yes, I deleted and redownloaded it.
New update won’t allow for orders
For some reason since last app update 4 days ago, I’m unable to place a pickup or delivery order. It keeps giving me an error on the check out page when I click place order. Please fix it.
Never sends a verification code
I tried to change my password, but they never send the verification code required to make the change. Now I’m locked out of my account and can’t refill my prescription. So frustrating!!!
Hard to see rewards now
Terrible app doesn’t work like it should.

I usually love using this app but the new update or something is buggy suddenly. Starting just this month I have not received foodie points for any of the prescriptions I have picked up. I am getting the fuel points, but not the points toward in store benefits. No one I’ve talked to seems to know why or how to fix it. Hopefully this will get someone’s attention.

Love the list option. Never get rid of it. There is a weird glitch where I can’t delete two of the deli items from my list. Everything else is good, just those two.

Buggy
The app is a bit buggy with the new update. When I try to mark items as favorites by tapping the icon in the top right, nothing happens - my favorites are empty. I also tried to add vehicle details and it straight up zero-states when I add any details to that page.
Overall, it does seem to allow me to order and I do have access to my foodie club info, so it’s not all bad

Complete fail
I have tried and to even access this new app. I cannot get past changing password. Takes forever to get a verification code and if by chance it doesn’t timeout no matter what password you use (password manger or your own) it will not let you change. Months and I have never been able to login. I’ve asked employees you have had the exact same experience. You had something that worked, well, and now there is a brick.

Dislike new redesign
I frequent Harmons and what I loved about their app is that in store I could quickly use my app to scan my membership while also clip coupons and see what freebies I have earned (one of the things I love about Harmons is the buy 10 coffees, breads —get one free. Spend so much get a free cheeseball etc). Now you have to sign to a separate webpage from the app to see this. Very clunky!

Love the option to build my grocery list and have someone pick it for me. Hate the fact they went away from being able to pay with a gift card
Not user friendly. Many features are inaccessible.
I used to use the app a lot to track my freebies and coupons, as well as to access my prescription refills for the pharmacy. Now the app is essentially useless. The only thing I can easily access is the barcode for the the foodie card which often doesn’t scan at checkout because it is too small and you can’t zoom in.
Also, if you want to access your account to view fuel discounts, coupons, or prescriptions the app just takes you to a pop up within the app to login again. But when you try to login, half of the time it just loads forever and doesn’t take you anywhere.
I’ve tried restarting my phone or even uninstalling the app and redownloading it and nothing works to make it run smoother.
