Store is Great, App is Not

I love RC Willey’s salespeople and store, but holy moly this app is awful. Constantly times out and impossible to use.

App doesn’t work well

I like the store. I like the friendly people when I call or shop there. I like the prices and selection. I do not like the app. It is extremely slow and barely functional. The basic layout and stuff is fine, just feels like it’s 1995 and I’m using dial up.

Absolutely trash website and app

I can’t see the orders I’ve made, can’t see the credit statements to make a payment, can’t check delivery times. All I get are error messages and “there’s no information available “. So I’ll assume the stuff I got was free? Never buying anything from you again. Absolutely pointless company
