App Sucks!!
There is NO way anyone gave this app more than 2 stars!! It’s the worst app I have ever encountered!! Why is this not getting fixed?
App is lame
Constantly getting logged out when going back a screen. Feels like you are in a browser, not an app
Store is Great, App is Not
I love RC Willey’s salespeople and store, but holy moly this app is awful. Constantly times out and impossible to use.
App doesn’t work well
I like the store. I like the friendly people when I call or shop there. I like the prices and selection. I do not like the app. It is extremely slow and barely functional. The basic layout and stuff is fine, just feels like it’s 1995 and I’m using dial up.
Absolutely trash website and app
I can’t see the orders I’ve made, can’t see the credit statements to make a payment, can’t check delivery times. All I get are error messages and “there’s no information available “. So I’ll assume the stuff I got was free? Never buying anything from you again. Absolutely pointless company
Slow, needs improvement
Need to be able to save log in and use apple passwords to be able to be used. Also needs remember me button, as well as fixes to app loading.
Slow
App is slow and does not show all stock locations. Inventory often incorrect
App is terrible
Unstable, logs you off. Can’t find what you need. Slow, and glitchy.
Not easy to navigate
Display is more like a website not an app
