I wouldn’t recommend this app. It’s hard to communicate with crew and it kicks me out if I’ve used it to long it doesn’t give up to date times you have to manually refresh
Shift trade
It kicks me when I’m trying to approve a shift trade? Does it need to be updated? It doesn’t give me an option
Update
The app just updated yesterday or today and now it won’t let us look at the shift trades. As soon as we hit that button it goes out of the app.

Sign-in does not work!
Every time it updates is kicks me out of my profile, and no matter what I do now, I cannot log back in, it always says that there was an error and to download and login to TeamLive to continue, when I’ve been logged into TeamLive for the past year. I’ve tried uninstalling and logging back in to both apps so many times that I lost count of how many attempts I’ve had, and this is unacceptable from an app such as this.

Logbook notes
Can we PLEASE have the option to write logbook notes from the app? That would be awesome!

Harri Live forces automatic updates that do not provide accurate labor dollars and percentage to sales information.
The app will often shut down, freeze or not allow you to log in. You must delete the entire app and redownload to use.

Absolutely the worst HR platform I have ever worked with. The day can’t come soon enough when we move away from Harri.

App says I need to download TeamLive, I have TeamLive. The app is quite literally unusable
