We love the food, play area, and relaxed environment for our toddler and family!

My wife and I got the Little hats. Just enough. Burger was just average. Nothing special. Atmosphere is noisy due to lots of children. Love kids but not a place for conversation. 2 burgers took a long time to prepare. No special orders for us. Veggies were fresh but burger was bland and light on flavor. Not especially friendly service. First visit. Not likely to go out of our way to be back.

No dine in order from app
I like to dine in at the store without waiting in the line to order. So I like to sit down, let the kids play, then order from my app. But there isn’t an option for me to order a dine in.
Great food and atmosphere
I love how each Hat Creek location always has consistently great food and great service. You have also done a good job updating your rewards program.
How hat creek started
Hat creek has a nickname it’s burger creek and the burgers are yummy I also I like it wen you get rewards it’s fun at hat creek . My kids like to play on the playground .and the beer is Asome I love hat creek.🙂🥰😍
Family Friendly
We enjoyed eating here since I have celiac disease and had options to eat with my entire family. The kids loved the playground as well.
1st time at Hat Creek
I saw online that they had gluten free chicken sandwich and nuggets and made a 30 minute drive to try it! The fried chicken sandwich and nuggets were so good and I loved all the different sauces. I also got a free small burger for signing up for rewards and it was delicious too. I wish it was not 30 minutes from me or I would be here every weekend lol

Yummy but cold
The food was cold except the fried pickles. From the time we ordered to the time it was delivered was very reasonable like only 25 min. Which is surprising that the food was cold.

Usually, my experience at Hair is five stars and amazing but today was just an off day.
I asked for a southwest wrap and lettuce. It came with a bun. I asked for a side of hot sauce. They didn’t give me any. I paid for a large Coke, zero and got a medium and then showed it to him and they gave me a large. They had a problem with my gold card too because it was metal and they said it crashed the system.
Every encounter at Hair has been good, but this one was just gone. The people were great as usual.

The best for Kids in Rr
really enjoy coming to Hat Creek in Round Rock! The burgers are always fresh and tasty, and the fries are perfectly crispy. The place is clean and family-friendly, with a nice outdoor playground where kids can have fun while parents relax. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, even when it’s busy. It’s a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner with family and friends. Highly recommend it!

Just tried Hat Creek Burger Company on East Exchange in Allen. They are right in front of HEB. Delicious high quality food. They said they use Nolan Ryan Beef always fresh never frozen. They also serve sweet potato fries and tater tots.
Friendly staff and good prices for the high quality food. They also have multiple locations. Check them out. A very enjoyable experience! 5 Stars!

We have had a Sunday ritual of HatCreek for lunch for quite some time now! I really enjoy the grilled chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce w/ fries & strawberry shake. 😋

I grew up watching the esteemed Nolan R. #34 and when Austin’s HCB teamed up with them I went wild, but not as wild as Robin Ventura did at the Arlington game when Mr. Nolan handled him. My brothers and I were in centerfield with Mom and Dad and will never forget it and will never stop eating his beef.
