Okay, just unreliable
When the app works, it works. But in the space of a week, i’ve had multiple issues, especially with topping up the card. I’ve tried countless times and i’m hit with the same message of “top up error” even though my details are correct. I am currently stuck in another country without the ability to top up this card.

Travelling to the FIFA USA 2026 World Cup I luv have all different countries currencies all in the one card and linked to phone and apps to make payments and receive spend as travelling via EUROPE and then Mexico then USA then Canada also UK currency all in the one place and card account living it

Great to use abroad but they fleece you
Buy euros in a hays branch and the rate is cool. Change it back on the app and they fleece you with a horrific rate. Poor

Travel card App very easy to navigate, and card very easy to use.

Flexible moving from currency to currency
Very frustrating
Every other time I open the app I get a blank blue screen with the question “forgotten your password”. No way to do anything. No buttons, no links. Have to delete the app then go through website to re register and set up the app again. Sick of having an app that does not work.
Great way to pay on holiday
Fab and safe way to pay for stuff on holiday. You’re always in control. You can check your balance on your phone. You can freeze the card if you misplace it. You can load the card onto your phone and pay using your phone just like with your normal debit or credit card. Much better than cash. absolutely brilliant.

Frequently drops out and has to be re-installed. Very inconvenient when needing to use it.
