Poor app
The alignment of items is really bad. It looks like the team has not bothered to check. The icons can’t be clicked, when you try to go in options it goes to search. Absolute poor implementation of the app.
Login button placement
Login button placement on the top right hand with Soo small , that iPhone signal bar concide with it and you can’t click it .. they have to place login button somewhere else so that customer can login to hdfc sec app from iPhone .. otherwise it will be useless ..

Why cannot we login with Face ID?
Slow, cannot log in
The interface is horribly slow, and I’m unable to log in at all. Also, Why are there two apps one for phone form factor (which runs in a phone size container on an iPad) and a tablet version? Clearly, the devs incentive structure doesn’t actually include a “good” app, but something that looks good in demos to PMs.

UI improvement required
The features are good. However when peer reviewed considering axis bank & Kotak it falls short drastically in UI, EaseofUse, also multiple accounts login list should be available. Feels like an app from 2012.
Just crashes in iPhone
Fix the app. It consistently crashes in my iPhone.

This app is a piece of junk, never opens and crashes on ios. You better fix this. If you are opening a new account give hdfc a break and go somewhere else.

It is bery complicated app and moreover the commision charges are a way high. And if u ask for assistance , Eva is useless and customercare does not pick the call.
MoneyControl app is better
I used iOS app only for making purchases. Research and detailed information is much better on MoneyControl and is worth Pro account too.

Worst user experience App from a leading Indian financial group
I don’t know who developed this app. This app is not reliable and doesn’t even meet the basic need. One of reasons it forces me to move out from HDFC SEC.
Something wrong
There is something wrong with the app. It’s asking to de-register faceID and register everyday. Something is seriously wrong.
Regret taking HDFC account
This app is confusing and it becomes doubtful where my money is going since no data seems to be updated. Wish I would not have taken HDFC trading account ☹️
The FAQs are insufficient and don’t know what to do with this app and same goes for HDFC securities web site.

Not getting loaded on my phone
It never loads on my phone(ios14.3) No way to get the diagnostic info. or contact app developer. Just a dummy app.

It’s a shame that a bank with market cap over $270 billion can’t make a usable app. Even the login doesn’t work as expected. Why would you add “Register Face ID” on login screen only to show the message that it can’t be done from here? Why would the app just forget that Face ID is saved after a day or two?
