Poor Support and Zero Accountability
Extremely disappointing experience with INDmoney support. I faced an urgent issue related to my account/funds and the support team kept sending the same scripted apologies without providing any actual resolution. I was repeatedly promised callbacks within “15–60 minutes,” but nobody followed up properly, and the issue remained unresolved for hours.
For a financial platform that handles users’ money and investments, this level of negligence and poor customer support is unacceptable. When real money is involved, users expect accountability, transparency, and timely action — not automated responses and endless delays.
The app interface may look good, but support quality matters the most during critical situations, and INDmoney completely failed there. Very frustrating and stressful experience. I hope the company seriously improves its customer service and escalation process before more users face similar problems.

Poor Order Execution Causing Financial Loss
Extremely poor and unacceptable trading experience with INDMoney.
I am a regular trader and I am deeply disappointed with the order execution quality of this platform. The app consistently executes BUY orders at prices higher than the displayed market price, while SELL orders are executed at prices lower than expected. This repeated slippage causes direct financial loss to users.
The most frustrating part is that even when the market moves in profit direction, the delayed execution and poor order matching reduce or completely destroy the gains. It feels like the platform is always one step behind the live market.
Major issues faced repeatedly:
1. Delayed order execution during active market hours
2. Huge difference between shown price and executed price
3. Poor intraday trading support
4. Lagging charts and delayed response
5. Unreliable for scalping and quick trades
6. Direct losses caused due to platform inefficiency
For a financial trading application, execution speed and price accuracy are the most basic expectations. Unfortunately INDMoney fails badly in this area.
This app may be suitable only for passive investors, but for active traders it is highly risky and disappointing.
I request the INDMoney team to seriously investigate their execution engine and compensate users suffering losses due to such poor platform performance.

Once a trade is placed, users should be able to set both Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) orders at the same time. Right now, the limitation forces traders to manage positions manually or place orders separately, which increases risk and leaves room for error in fast moving markets.
This is not just a nice feature. It is essential. For traders, even a small delay or missed execution can make a big difference in outcomes. Having both SL and TP in place from the start ensures discipline, protects capital, and removes emotional decision making during volatility.
Another important point is that many traders prefer working with absolute numbers rather than percentages. Not everyone manages trades in percentages. Clear, number based inputs for SL and TP would make the platform more practical and user friendly for real trading scenarios.

Limited Flexibility in terms of Bank accounts
The main idea to invest in US stocks is to move a portion of your assets in another jurisdiction to avoid rupee depreciation and diversify the risk of holding all the assets in one country (India). This app does not allow the option to transfer money in to a foreign bank account once you sell your shares. This means that once you sell you need to convert back to Indian rupees and then again transfer back to USD to move the money to a foreign account. On a large portfolio this is lot of money lost in commision and conversion and the whole idea of keeping the money abroad is gone. You can rather use other US brokerage apps to buy these US shares who provide all the flexibility of adding any bank account and while selling there is no loss in conversion and commissions. This makes IND Money super market expensive in the longer term unless they give you option to add foreign bank accounts.
