Account Closed Without Any Explanation
For a trading platform handling customers’ hard-earned money, this kind of communication is unacceptable. At least provide a clear reason and proper support when an account is closed.
Please explain why my account was closed and confirm the status of my funds. I need a proper resolution, not just an automated response.
Improvement needed
1. When I login there is an option to chose the login but both photos are same even though two different pictures are defined
2. Every time login is changed biometric login is reset and have to set again.
3. I had a stock SIP registered in my name but when i get mail saying insufficient funds it is addressed to the minor name.

Need Major Improvements, I am using iOS Devices Apple iPhone 17
2) For Gift City Investment We need to pay 10% Extra Charges while Fund Transfer Using Kotak Bank that annoying, but IND Money Broker Provides Free Fund Transfer Option for Gift City;
3) App Stuck many times while login Morning (9:15-10 AM) & Glitch on Dhan App+Website Login & Chart Loading time & Chart Auto freeze, App Crash etc;
4) Placing SL, Busket, CO, iceberg Order is little bit harder on Dhan App & Dhan Website.

Basic Requirement Missing: Please Add Drag & Drop SL/TP on Web and App
Currently, I am trading on Lemon solely because they provide this seamless drag-and-drop feature, which makes risk management so much faster. I would love to move entirely to Dhan, but this functionality is a fundamental requirement for me. Please provide a smooth drag-and-drop SL and TP option on both the web platform and the mobile app. It would make Dhan perfect!
