Best way to start my day
I forget about this app sometimes, but I have a much better day every time I use it. Great way to set yourself up for fulfilling days.
You have to pay for everything <3
Would of been cool if i didnt have to pay to be mentally okay 😩

Unfortunately it costs money to develop and maintain apps, but hopefully you get far more value out of it than it costs.
Great Start
I find this app incredibly helpful. Being able to customize the survey questions is VERY helpful and a must for me. So many journal apps do not do this and it’s so frustrating. No one size fits all, especially when evaluating and reflecting. Some questions work for others and some just aren’t applicable and are not helpful... so being able to mold the survey to fit my needs is excellent.
I saw a rant about the subscription model. It’s not just mental health apps that have a subscription nowadays... it’s ALL apps. No one is thrilled about it but that’s just the way it is. Apps are routinely updated so the subscription model makes sense. Developing an app takes a lot of time and money. I don’t get why so many people expect free stuff. Do you work for free? Do you freely give your time, money, and expertise to others without expecting something in return? I doubt it. Why is there this expectation of app developers especially... to do just that?
I have yet to subscribe as I want to test it more but I have high hopes for it. From what I saw, the price is extremely reasonable, especially when compared to other apps in this category. I usually pay more than twice what Headway is charging.
I would love to be able to track my habits in here or set goals and track the progress. I find it really helpful to have my reflections and journal prompts aligned with my goals.. under one roof. That would be 10/10 for me.
Thanks for the excellent app! I’m excited for what’s to come!

Great but
FOR THE LIVE OF GOD WNOUGH WITH THE SUBSCRIPTIONS! This app is great but certain features are limited because you need a subscription. why are all mental health apps like this? It seems like every single one no matter what has a price stipulation on features accessible ands it’s not fair.

Thanks for downloading! I'd love to offer the product for free, but it costs money to build and maintain apps (way more than I'd like to admit). The current price ($25) is similar to a paper journal, while also being more convenient and adding functionality over time. My hope is that you get far more than $25 worth of benefit. Please send me an email if you have any feedback. Thanks!
Super helpful tool for work and life
I lead a busy life and it can be hard to meet the expectations I have for myself. headway journal had helped me take control of the things in life that matter to me like my personal and professional relationships and healthy habits. The days I start my day with this app are better than the days I don’t.
