Best way to start my day
You have to pay for everything <3

Unfortunately it costs money to develop and maintain apps, but hopefully you get far more value out of it than it costs.
Great Start
I saw a rant about the subscription model. Itâs not just mental health apps that have a subscription nowadays... itâs ALL apps. No one is thrilled about it but thatâs just the way it is. Apps are routinely updated so the subscription model makes sense. Developing an app takes a lot of time and money. I donât get why so many people expect free stuff. Do you work for free? Do you freely give your time, money, and expertise to others without expecting something in return? I doubt it. Why is there this expectation of app developers especially... to do just that?
I have yet to subscribe as I want to test it more but I have high hopes for it. From what I saw, the price is extremely reasonable, especially when compared to other apps in this category. I usually pay more than twice what Headway is charging.
I would love to be able to track my habits in here or set goals and track the progress. I find it really helpful to have my reflections and journal prompts aligned with my goals.. under one roof. That would be 10/10 for me.
Thanks for the excellent app! Iâm excited for whatâs to come!
Great but

Thanks for downloading! I'd love to offer the product for free, but it costs money to build and maintain apps (way more than I'd like to admit). The current price ($25) is similar to a paper journal, while also being more convenient and adding functionality over time. My hope is that you get far more than $25 worth of benefit. Please send me an email if you have any feedback. Thanks!
