Charged when cancelled
I have tried contacting the developer, I had cancelled subscription before the trials end but was charged anyway and now I can no longer update my apps because of an unpaid $82 that I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place
Subscription
I paid £1.99 for a career quiz and did not knowingly sign up for any subscription. Since then, I have been charged £29.99 every month, which I have had to repeatedly dispute with my bank.
I have cancelled the subscription multiple times via their app, yet the charges continued. It got to the point where I had to block the company through my bank to stop any further payments being taken.
Really frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be extremely careful before entering their payment details.
