Be Warned: My Experience with Headway’s Misleading Auto-Renewal
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Headway. This was one of the most disappointing subscription experiences I’ve had.
I only intended to use the discounted trial. Several months later, I discovered that I had been automatically charged for a quarterly subscription that I never intended to keep.
I requested a refund as soon as I noticed the charge, but Headway refused.
In my experience, the company’s subscription model relies heavily on automatic renewals and on customers forgetting to cancel. Whether or not the renewal is disclosed in the terms and conditions, I do not believe the process is sufficiently transparent or consumer-friendly.
Think twice before signing up for the so-called “trial.” If you decide to try it, cancel immediately after subscribing and set a calendar reminder, or you may end up paying for a subscription you never intended to keep.

Biggest scam
I supposed to have 7 days trial and I have been charged one month cost same day when I downloaded the app. I have cancelled the subscription couple of hours later. Can’t enjoy using the app when they don’t respect their own terms. Strongly not recommending wasting time and money
