Hi, sleep analysis is exported. iOS has its own issues that affect the app’s functionality. The likely solution here is: 1. Delete the app 2. Reboot your device 3. Reinstall the app and grant access to health data again This issue is covered in the guides in the app’s help center. For technical issues, it’s also much faster to get assistance via chat support.

Außerdem funktioniert es kaum und die Zeiten sind auch Random dazu kommt das es pures Glück ist wenn er mal alle Daten wirklich uploaded oder nur 20%.
Leider konnte ich es nichtmehr canceln und Apple gibt mein Geld nicht zurück.

Hi, please take time to verify the things you claim. 1. The companion app is developed by the same developer—me. This claim is completely false. 2. The companion app is required because Apple Health data is only available on iPhone/iPad, so the data must be synced to Mac from another device. There is no other way to get the data on Mac other than by first retrieving it on iOS. This is explained in the app and in the setup information. 3. The privacy policy is the same for both apps. You have not taken time to actually find the correct information and are simply making a false claim. 4. I have no interest in stealing anyone’s data. Could you honestly at least put a bit of effort into fact-checking your own statements before writing a review. It’s the bare minimum. Nothing you wrote here is remotely true. This review will be flagged as misinformation.

I don’t normally write reviews for apps but after reading the reviews here I felt that I had to. Most of the 1-3 star reviews are complaints about the app not doing something it never claimed to do, or being upset that the developer charges money for additional functionality. The entitlement is mind blowing. I’m not a fan of subscriptions but the dev also offers a reasonable one-time payment for an app with a small user base.
It exports my health data every day using a webhook to sync to my Home Assistant instance. I can export to CSV. It allows me to take my health information out of the Apple ecosystem in the format that I choose and then analyze it in the way I want. It gives me both control and granularity over my data. The developer is responsive when contacted through the correct channels.
Try the app for yourself. It has been a great purchase for me and if you’re willing to spend two minutes reading instructions, it will probably be a great purchase for you too.
